Estancia fantastica, volveré pronto!

En general el lugar es genial, tranquilo, todo lo que necesitas, gente muy afable, familiar, excelente piscina, todo muy pulcro, la playa a unos metros, excelente lugar para volver y volver. El desayuno es bueno, solo haria una rueda de variar un poquito y poner algo mas de variedad. Sin embargo sigue siendo excelente el lugar.

La tranquillità, la vicinanza alla spiaggia la gentilezza delle ragazze alla reception, l'ottimo servizio al bar.

Tutto bene in albergo ma lo staff delle escursioni e l'organizzazione delle stesse ha talvolta peccato di minore attenzione al cliente.

Tolles Hotel für Schnorchel Fans

Die ruhige Lage mit Strandzugang. Der Strand ist wirklich schön und es gibt dort direkt ein Korallenriff zum Schnorcheln. Das Pool ist auch toll, mit Poolbar. Insgesamt alles sehr kinderfreundlich. Leckeres Frühstück

Das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit kleinen Mängel. Wir waren in 3 Hotels in der dom.Republik und dieses war am teuersten, also schlechtes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Poor facilities and way overpriced would not recommend

The staff were friendly and the gardens were in excellent condition

The villa was so run down the screen door kept falling down TV and appliances dates not working correctly and nothing clean on arrival. The breakfast was very poor way below the standard advertised food quality really poor and cheap even coffee undrinkable which should be impossible for DR

Fantastic views, staff, and value…we will be back!

Gorgeous, secure location and facility on Playa Las Ballenas. Easy walking distance to center of town for shopping and restaurants, and beautiful beachside walk to Punta Popy and El Portillo. Friendly, professional, accommodating Dominican staff. Delicious daily breakfast buffet. Cosmopolitan, laid-back beach bar and pool (with swim-up bar). Perfect for couples or families seeking relaxation and connection to nature.

My husband pointed out that AC in apartment was strongest in bedroom and rather weak in kitchen, which was perfect for me. Otherwise, everything exceeded expectations.

Tranquil stay in well manicured hotel with great pool, incredible breakfast and private beach

Alisei is a beautiful place and I would recommend.

Great breakfast and facility is centrally located which was convenient for site seeing.

Being a senior citizen,I didn’t like being placed in a fourth floor walk up without being told in advance.

Enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would recommend is that the bedroom get more lights. Was very dark and the rooms weren’t bright enough, especially at night.

well kept hotel in a nice spot by the beach. works well for families with older kids like ours.

across road from beach but it’s a small road and it’s as good as being fully beachfront. Hood quality fairly priced restaurants. Well kept grounds. well equipped kitchen in our family room for 4. Short easy walk to other beach bars, restaurants in town etc.

Bit of a smell in rooms on the eastern wing but we changed rooms very efficiently and it was sorted. A little noisy if your rooms were close to the front. Couldn’t sign anything to the room. wifi a bit patchy and didn’t reach the beach as it did with other hotels and bars further along.

This is one of our favorite places to stay at. We will definitely stay again.

We loved the location and closeness to the beach and town. This was our third time staying here. I loved that my dogs could also stay there at no extra cost.

Many things went wrong like the fridge stopped working and the toilet didn't flush and the water shut off for a few hours but when we called someone came immediately to fix the problems.

Liked the central location, pool open later hours with swim up bar, and beach access with cozy lounge area and wait staff. I also liked the tranquil and quiet atmosphere and the attentive staff

over rated and not good value for money

Pool bar. Balcony view. Staff is mostly kind

The hotel use photos that are diffrent from reality, the beach aint looks even close to that. It looks like it very close to the center but the walk there is around 1 km that has none light and it dark and doesnt gives good vibes so we found ourself use our car anyway even for really short drives. The room has one a/c that cant cool down all of the space and its enouth only for the bed room. Very bad wifi reception in the room and common area

Options. When I booked I didn’t have have the opportunity to choose a room closer to the beach or the pool.

Friendly reception, nice pool, excellent breakfast, great location with the beach stright across the road and a bar on the beach. Big appartment with good aircon, nice bathroom and good shower

Appartment looking a little worn, especially the doors to the balconies which needed replacing. Decor a bit old-fashioned, but functional.
