This is a lovely quiet hotel in a beautiful spot offering tasty food - perfect for a restful holiday

A comfortable and quiet hotel in a lovely spot with nice swimming and views. The food was great with a great breakfast and evening meals. The staff were pleasant and very helpful as well.

The only drawback is the ferry journey to the island - they are few and far between and the journey can be choppy and very uncomfortable for those without sea fairing legs. But - if you want peace and quiet, like us, the ferry journey is unavoidable.

Perfect relaxing stay

Location was perfect, great view from the room. Staff were very friendly

As we visited right at the end of the season, the hotel was closing the next week, there where a few areas which looked a little tired / damaged but this did not effect our stay and we could see them preparing to rectify these items once the hotel closed.

A perfect stay with a breathtaking view

It was an outstanding stay! The location/view of the hotel is just unreal and breathtaking. The beach is very clean and the water super clear. Great food and and very nice staff. I especially want to highlight the guy named Vinko working there. He was very helpful with organizing activities and made our stay even more beautiful with his professional yet very friendly and kind manner. We‘ll come back for sure.

Wish we had stayed for week as perfect spot to unwind and enjoy sea swimming, comfort and good food

The staff make the hotel . Not a five star hotel but the staff certainly are five star

Staff were exceptional, warm , friendly and courteous . Clean hotel and environs and food was excellent . Option of pool and private access to sea was great.

Chipped , broken delph and IKEA furnishing. Black mould rings in the shower.

Lovely stay very relaxing just what we wanted

Location was superb, very tranquil, amazing sea views, heated pool, always a sunbed available. Desk staff very helpful. Hired canoe to go around the bay

Wifi a bit unreliable. Lunch and dinner menus a bit over priced. Only a couple of vegan options.

Fantastic location with spectacular views . The jotel was built and finished to the highest standards. Excellent staff snd cleanliness. The restaurant was the best we eat at in Croatia.

Nothing except the ferry was cancelled out from Dubrovnik because of the weather and we missed a night . But the sun arrived and it will be beautiful for the rest of the season.

A blissful retreat

An absolutely stunning location, the pool is wonderful, the sea beach area is beautiful, and the hotel itself is very cozy. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and it’s clear that the whole island is a magical place. We loved all the fresh fruit at breakfast, and the courgette soup was incredible. Was great to have fresh bread every morning and the option to have eggs from the kitchen as well. Our room was lovely and we loved having an ocean view. The beds were extremely comfortable, we both slept so well every night, and the bathroom was roomy and shampoo and conditioner refilled without asking.

In the cooler months it would be nice if the pool was heated. Also we both thought that the price (€8) to add chicken to a salad was a bit high.

Hidden paradise

This was my second time staying at Hotel Bozica and it did not disappoint! I first stayed here in 2017 on a solo trip, and this time I brought my husband. We loved the hotel - very clean, comfortable, excellent food, and it is small so you never feel overwhelmed by the other guests. We loved swimming in the sea on the private beach area and it is easy to go out and hike around the island. I highly recommend Hotel Bozica for a quiet, calm, refreshing getaway.

Excellent hotel in a dream location

The hotel was clean and it is a dream location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to the kind gentleman who wore a bow tie who gave us maps, travel information and good tips for exploring Dubrovnik. The food was excellent. I would 100% recommend to others. Thank you for an excellent holiday.

Superb

Amazing view, we were upgraded to a beautiful room which slept the three of us comfortably. The hotel room was excellent value for money.

Had to take 1 star off for the rather expensive food in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was good though.

Relaxing, peaceful, stunning views and lots of swimming

The location is stunning. The 'beach' is perfect. Easy swimming and loads of loungers. Staff are amazing, just can't do enough for you. Bed was huge and comfy. Breakfast was also great. Lots of choice. Plenty of walking to be done on the island and the ferry's are great for visiting the others and Dubrovnik.

The only downside is the price of food and wine. (£5 for a small beer). Also they won't serve tap water with dinner! Small things but if you are there for a while it gets extremely expensive

Amazing, peaceful location right by sea which is great for a morning swim. Huge and plentiful varity at breakfast. Out of the way. Very comfortable room. Took a water taxi to BOWA and walked back which was a fun afternoon

Staff were generally very courteous and helpful but breakfast tables were not cleaned properly between seatings. The restaurant prices seemed high given the the restaurant next door was a similar menu but arguably better food with lower prices. Would have liked a bit more to do.

Superb

It's very difficult to find fault with Hotel Bozica - the private transfer, the friendly & very helpful staff, the location, delicious breakfast etc. We had a very happy week there. The only criticism I have is the lunch & dinner menu in the restaurant stayed the same the whole week and wasn't sufficiently varied but there are other places to eat. I would recommend walking down to the little port of Sudurad for drinks and/or supper; getting the bus to Sipanska for the evening or a day trip; taking the ferry to Lopud for the day - have lunch at Obala (we had the best lunch there by far) and then get a golf cart to the beach. I would also highly recommend the restaurant Trisestre next to the hotel. The excellent ferry service leaves Sudurad several times a day and does the Lopud/Kolocep/Dubrovnik circuit so you can easily do a day trip to Dubrovnik too if you leave early enough. But if you just want to relax by the pool or by the sea, there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone, the sea is beautifully clear and the views to die for.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was very good indeed and the location absolutely beautiful. We were able to rent bikes and kayaks and enjoyed exploring the island. We also visited 2 other restaurants nearby too.

Brilliant! Every staff member was very helpful, from reception to managers to the lovely man who did a 1 man waiter job! even upgraded us the lovely humans. Will definitely come again, even off season 👍🏼😎
