Einfach traumhaft

Tolle Unterkunft , das Schloss einfach ein Traum ! Das spa sehr schön gelegen mitten im Grünen und alles sehr neu !

Charme absolu

Endroit magnifique. Personnel sympathique, qui n'était pas guindé. Espace Spa très agréable. La possibilité de se promener dans les bois qui appartiennent au domaine.

L'espace chambre n'avait pas de séparation avec la salle de bain ... et donc avec la toilette(pas de porte) . Pas de personne en charge du bar (il faut donc s'adresser à la réception ou au personnel du restaurant). Il faudrait une fontaine d'eau et du thé à disposition gratuitement dans l'Espace Spa ( ce qui est généralement le cas dans les hôtels avec espace Spa)

Die ruhige Lage in der Natur , die Freundlichkeit des Personals, für Hunde geeignet und besonders die Spa Landschaft mit sehr guter Massage

Das gute essen könnte bei 4 Tagen abwechslungsreicher sein

looked for a retreat. found it. All in All a place worth coming back to!!!!

room very spacious, surroundings beautiful, staff extremely friendly and accomodative restaurant is ok, but seems they try a bit too much. keep it simple........nevertheless food is ok

the trteatments at the spa were firstclass, but i think the service can be better in spa area. waters need to be filled constantly, towels not readily available. looks like not enough staff. steamroom showing wear and tear. sauna too. some parts of pool as well. so in short: facilities and service need some attention, but the treatments were amazing!!!!

Le Manoir des Labioles is an exceptionally beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings.

We stayed in the Suite Royale. A lovely room overlooking hills & garden, well furnished, very comfortable bed, but we thought it overpriced for what it was.

See above re room. One of the reasons we stay at le Manoir Labioles is for the excellent restaurant. But we were disappointed this time - dishes a bit too "fancy" & less tasty - has the Chef changed??? However, the restaurant staff were excellently trained & friendly as usual.

It was a beautiful hotel with a high quality of service and it was a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast was very good, choice wise and quality wise, the breakfast room was very pleasant, it was quiet, there was table service and had a view to the garden. The room was also quite pleasant and confortable with a nice view. Finally, the spa was very pleasant and made the trip even more worth it.

Everything was ok, if I had to change one thing it would perhaps be a bit of a quicker service at dinner, but to be fair it was quite a few courses, so I suppose it would always take a while.

Overpriced (don't expect 5 starts)

The property and pool are beautiful.

Overpriced for what it offers. Beds are too soft /uncomfortable. Dinner was not to the standard we were expecting. Staff was extremely disorganised. Staff was extremely arrogant and very unhelpful when we had a health issue and needed to cancel the massage.

We didn’t opt for breakfast or dinner because the dinner menu is very limited and very expensive. would be great if they perhaps did a dinner bed and breakfast offer price or offered a bar menu for snacks. We had to consistently leave the hotel to eat this was the only thing I think the hotel is perhaps missing an opportunity on. Otherwise we had a great time and staff were amazing thank you

Generally met expectations, more staff would make for a better experience

Friendly service and delicious food.

Understaffing was a recurring problem at all meals, particularly breakfast. It actually negatively impacted the experience since it did not match the high prices being charged.

Idyllic/ romantic getaway

Our stay was phenomenal. We went for our anniversary and our expectations were more than met. The staff was friendly, the views were dreamy and it was very peaceful and quiet while we were there. We loved the spa facility and spent a lot of time there. Breakfast was good as well.

The massage was good but I found it interesting that they didn’t have me covered with a sheet at all times and sometimes I felt very exposed which isn’t a very relaxing feeling but I’m sure the masseuse didn’t intend for it to be akward, I’m just used to very different massages.

the food was very nice, excellent dinner. staff especially the manager on duty was extremely helpful and friendly

We feel the rooms need updating, I found our bedroom depressing (8) the smell of cooking as you also enter was not nice, so needs a good extractor. Also, to have the breakfast cereals in the lobby is not ideal. during our meals, it was so quiet and uncomfortable to even talk, needs background music. When we sat in the bar, we had to ask for service a number of times. We paid the same amount of money as our friends and their room was extremely small and again so red and dark.

Excellent location and surrounding, Caring and attentive staff, fully furbished and comfortable bathroom, Good service at the restaurant, excellent and complete wine list. Very good massage facilities and professional staff. Spa complete with Hamam, Sauna, Swimming Pool - although not too big - with Jacuzzi and waterfall. Very good breakfast

Restaurant menu, tasty but pretentious. No internal connection to the SPA - only accessible externally, hence convenient in the warm season, less in the winter.
