Zeer slecht. Wat een tegenvaller.

De ruimte voor onze fietsen was zeer ruim en makkelijk.

Erge stank in de badkamer. Zeer vuile ontbijtruimte. Zelfs een platgetrapte hondendrol. Niet normaal.

Excellent hotel and restaurant near the train station and town centre. Friendly staff, good food.

The breakfast was excellent and bountiful. There was something for every dietary requirement. I was very impressed.

Zentral mit altem Charme und gutem Frühstück

Das Zimmer war groß. Das Frühstück war sehr reich und vielfältig (Buffet). Der Charme des alten Gebäudes ist überall. Lage ist sehr zentral nur 15 Minuten Spazierweg bis zum Zentrum der Altstadt.

Das Bett hat mit Bequemlichkeit nicht zu tun. Ausstattungen sind sehr schäbig und veraltet, jedoch für eine Übernachtung ausreichend.

Vriendelijke mensen, toplocatie, lekker ontbijt, ik heb genoten van mijn nachtje voor mezelf ;)!

Het ontbijt was lekker, de locatie is top, vlak aan het station en op wandelafstand van de gezellige binnenstad. De kamer is mooi en verzorgd.

's Nachts werd ik wakker gemaakt door een andere gast (waarschijnlijk dronken) die veel lawaai maakte op de gang. Andere gasten hadden er ook last van.

Goed bed en goede douche, toch de 2 belangrijkste dingen als je een nachtje op hotel gaat.

For a 2* hotel is more than OK.

The location is just in front of the railway station, this means 15 minutes walking to the center. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The breakfast was included and very good. The last day I had to leave early and the staff provided me the breakfast one day before. The coffee machine was available in the restaurant for all day long.

The room has no air conditioning and this year the temperature in Leuven is higher than the previous years.

Great value for money and friendly staff

Friendly staff, comfy beds, pretty good curtains, excellent breakfast, supportive owner: despite restaurant closed on sundays (which also serves as entry to hotel), we were able to leave our luggage in the 'storage room' so we could sightsee hands free until the evening when we came back to pick it up, before taking the train home. Also, they happily provided us with glutenfree 'pistolets/sandwiches' when we asked for them at breakfast!

Good located, nice staff and comfortable.

Had an amazing stay here! Nice staff, my room nr 11 was quite and the shower was great. Breakfast buffet was good and big as well. Within 2 minutes you could be in the train but you here nothing from the station!

- Yes, the stairway is a bit tiny and there is no lift. But for me it was not a problem. - On booking it's located on the wrong place at Martelarenplain. I was first confused, but found it with Google Maps.

Pleasant simple hotel with great location

Simple hotel room with an excellent location closeby the train station. Staff was friendly. Breakfast suprised us very pleasantly with a good choice & decent quality.

The entrance to the hotel is quite difficult to be found, no clear indication of the hotel name on the doors, no-one to be asked where it is and it was my 5th time stay in Leuven in 10 years. Unfortunately, I was assigned the only room located on the 4th floor, but there was no lift, I think that it should be clearly stated during the booking. As for the breakfast- generally OK, but there were almost cold eggs in insufficiently heated containers

Breakfast was ok for me since I do not each much in the morning :) If I would, I'd be disappointed. Let's say, eggs and sausages in the morning is enough for me, but for most it is not. So I'd rate breakfast as medium. But for this price and considering perfect location it's more than good for the hotel :)

Avoid if you can. Am sure there are better properties in Leuven - just wish I'd booked one of them

Located opposite the train station. That's about it's only plus point.

Unclean. Shabby. In need of proper cleaning and a lick of paint. Damp patches and peeling paint in bathroom. Miniscule room and bathroom. Not suitable for 2 people & luggage. Overcharged on arrival (still not resolved). Poor breakfast - too many people, not enough food. Didn't help that the restaurant was open to non residents and a party of 14 on Sunday morning certainly impacted the 'service' and availability of food, plates, cutlery. Had to make up our own place settings on both mornings. Sadly one of the worst travel properties I have stayed in - have stayed in better backpacking hostels in the 1990s

It is right opposite the Leuven station. The staff was friendly.

It was not clean and the heating was not working properly. The carpet had large stains and did not feel very clean. The toilet in the bathroom was stained blue with toilet cleaners (talk about abstract art in a toilet bowl). The windows in the room opened into somebody's courtyard so you had to keep the windows always closed. The heating did not work the first night and I woke up with a headache.

The location and the breakfast are the best when visiting Leuven

I booked 1 room with 2 beds as I think it is bigger for me but when I get the room, it is 1 bed as they saw I go alone. Besides, the sink is so small, I feel hard to brush my teeth or wash my hand.
