Bad experience

The location was very good .food court Infront sea view behind.

Not value for money. The staff not pay attention on customer and they only care chatting with other staff. Request for the double bed room but give single room. When check online at the same time there is double bed room still available. The staff not honest to customer very bad experience on the day when we stay. 2) the room was very dark not bright 3) the shower handle was broken not repaired my roommate was cut on the hand while shower. The service and the facilities very bad. Not the first Time. So sad the company hire the front line staff... Need to change they not suitable holding this position. No friendly no warm welcome... No more 2nd time to stay.

Will not come back.

Breakfast ok. Location is good with good sea view.

The room tables cover with dust and the bath towels are old and dirty. The white towels are greyish. Balcony door can’t be locked. The rooms need up graded. Need to call up the room service to get the toilet rolls, drinking water and tissue paper. My friend fell down and hurt her knee and bleed but we can’t even to get plaster and medical from the hotel. The hotel don’t have a medical kits for emergency.

Need maintenance and below par on cleanliness.

Need maintenance. Aircond was so noisy and had to change room. Room was smelly and carpet need shampooing. Called reception several times and no one pick up the telephone. Goshhhh it was so terrible the service. Will not check in to this hotel again in the future.

Location. Near to hawker food stall.

We received insufficient service, we are still alive and will not forget.!

The air conditioner did not work. The refrigerator is not cooled, the floor is stained, the bed is stained and the staff is absolutely uncooperative and unhelpful.

I like the orange cat that always seen around. Location was good. beach just behind the hotel.

bad experience with front desk staff during check-in. He wasn't friendly at all. At first, he try to blame me for not selecting double bed. when I started to check my booking on my phone, he try to cover his action by saying the request is subject to availability. After I showed him that I did put a remark for double bed, he just keep quiet. No apology at all. Room got lot of ants. wash basin discharge water very very slow.

Enjoy and happy for this travel and holiday

The foods already finsih by the time I and my family come to eat. Quite late for top up new dish.

Very worth stay

Room is not so spacious but just enough. Very magnificient view of sea even just a partially seaview. The breakfast spread not so much selection but worth the price rate

Great budget stay - close to food options

For $45 AUD you get what you pay for - room was fine - balcony - with view of ocean Breakfast was plenty for us - choices of western etc Do yourselves a favour and go next door to Bora Bora bar - great food and drinks - great views - good music - across the road is a night food market - also great value

The language barrier a bit difficult- pool little bit cold but if you like that it’s fine

Overall was nice

I liked the sea view room however I was expecting to get upper floor room. The room given to me was at level 2.

Should improve cleanliness. The pillows had ugly stains . The towels had strong chemical smell

The worst experience ever.

Accessibility to eatery place and beach.

Poor maintenance, old building, room is not clean. Please don’t book in advance. Check the room before book.

Not pleasant. Might be my last stay.

The room is spacious with the king size bed. The location is just beside the beach where you can have your night drink while listening to the wave hitting the beach.

The room is full with ants. The first night i order food and eat inside my room, the first ant showed up while i was eating at dressing table area. I disposed the rubbish outside the room with the hope that the ants will not come anymore. But it just got worse. The ants keep coming out. The 2nd night, i start seeing ants on my bed, some crawling onto me while i was sleeping. I stayed here because there is a pool. But the water in the pool was so dirty as if like it hasn't been cleaned for very long. I only went to the pool the first day, and i did not go anymore after that. Parking was limited and the parking lot is really too, too small for a SUV. Sedan car should be ok.

Decent 3-star hotel, which hits the basics (bed, breakfast, etc.). Facilities are a little dated.

Convenient location, decent amount of parking, hit all the basics (bed, bathroom, breakfast, mini fridge, water cooler). Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.

Facilities were a little dated, and breakfast was quite standard (though perhaps this was on a weekday during the fasting month).
