The view from the balcony was unreal!! we came in august - quiet, relax, not too far from Chamonix center, few minutes walk from a nice walk on the river, spa was nice. receptionist was always nice and helpful. would love to come back there! it was better than the pictures to my taste. the restaurant downstairs was nice. it's a good place if you don't want to be in the center with a lot of people and still be close and have all the comfort.
breakfast was in a beautiful place, but eggs were not fresh, and not many options to my taste (bread and all the rest was fresh!) we only took it once.

Very friendly and helpful staff! (Merci bien!🙏)
Rich and good quality of breakfast.
Good location.

Warm welcome and having a great restaurant nearby x it was our first stay in Chamonix x we would love to return x
Fake green grass out on the balcony wasn’t appealing I didn’t see the need for that choice? But honestly it didn’t spoil our stay it was a lovely place xx

Nice location outside of town, on a pristine and quiet golf course. Convenient hiking trail right behind the hotel and free bus stop nearby to take you to town.
Rooms are a little dated but still charmingly rustic. Hot tub was lukewarm at best. No AC or fans in the room during summer but it was cool enough outside at night.

Amazing view of Mont Blanc from the room, balcony and jacuzzi. Very comfortable rooms and relaxing areas. Staff very friendly, professional and informative. Free parking at the hotel which is surrounded by the greens of a golf course.
The hotel was excellent and would have been 10 out of 10 and easily one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed in but there was a wedding in the golf club on our last night which woke me up at 0230 with the very loud music. Nothing the hotel could do presumably but it took the shine off an otherwise perfect two nights.

Nothing
Run down property, feels like a motel in the USA. Carpets are stained and soundproofing is almost nonexistent. I could hardly sleep because someone was talking on the phone in the next room all night. Breakfast scambled eggs is horrendous, not sure what it is made of. Extremely overpriced for what it is.

I had accidentally written wrong review for this hotel. I didn’t have a problem with noise here, that was a different hotel. My stay here was good.

It was a new property,
clean and nice.
The restaurant below had been hired out for a wedding party, and the music was very loud playing past 12am. As my room was right on top this was disturbing my sleep. I had to go down twice for it to be shut off or at least lowered.

Incredible mountain hotel with very comfortable bed and pillows to choose from, hot tub, sauna, steam room, kind and helpful staff, good delicious breakfast for surcharge. OUTSTANDING views, free parking.

We liked the rustic feel of the hotel, it fit well in the surroundings, and it was inviting and cozy.
It's not really fair but the breakfasts were not what we'd like. But we are from America and our cultural breakfast are different from this part of the world. I wish they had pancakes or waffles with butter and syrup.

great location and beautiful view
horrible facilities and walls are paper thin! we could hear the elevator non stop along with someone using the toilet next to us. they also said there was a spa however you have to reserve it and only for an hour.

The location to both the Plan Praz bus stop and Flegere ski lift were really handy. Only a 30 minute walk into Chamonix down the river too was beautiful. The hotel itself was warm and welcoming, very clean with excellent facilities. The breakfast was a standard continental but very tasty and accommodated my gluten free bread request. The room was warm and cosy, and the added balcony feature with mountain view was amazing. The bathroom facilities were really modern and the bed was so comfy! We are so happy with our stay here, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. I would definitely visit again!

The rooms are compact but comfortable and clean with an amazing view to the valley surrounded by the mountains. Beautiful bathrooms. A cozy lounge with a fireplace and full bar. After a day of skiing jacuzzy has always hit the spot! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to the receptoinist Max and his advices about the activities in Chamonix.
Information for the skiiers: the hotel does have a ski room, the closest lift tro the mopuntain is within a 5 minute walk, other lifts and resorts are accessible by the variety of busses (200 m to the bus stop) within 10-20 min.
Would be great to have some kind of a socializing activity in the hotel. For example, organize an afternoon tea with some fresh pastry <3

Very kind staff, beautiful view from our room, very close to the city center, rich delicious in-room breakfast.

The View!
The bar is rather semi-professional and it's not that close to restaurants, but 10min walk gets you to places with food or drinks, not a big problem

Great room. Very comfortable bed. Drinks in the refrigerator. Lovely patio.
The only thing I would comment on is that the bathroom only had a deep tub, so that an elderly or slightly less than mobile person, would have a difficult time bathing. A shower would be a better option for this room.
