Quiet location, sauna, pool under the sun all the time, fantastic view (our room balcony was facing South), usable kitchenette, bar and restourant in ground floor
A protected location for bike storage would be a lot better. Unfortunately one of our bikes was stolen right in front of the entrance at midday (14:00), the lock we used to tie them was cut clean. Then we had to resort to carry the (remaining) bikes in our room everyday and leave them on the balcony, sacrificing cleaness (often bikes were dusty and dripping) and comfort (balcony was no longer usable)

no space to store groceries!
had to walk stairs with skis and ski boots on from the locker room

Hotel location very good, easy access to shopping center. Small bed and no housekeeping.
hotel reception is mostly closed, there is no customer service in case of taxi requests. Breakfast very poor in options; I requested room service for cleaning, they did nothing.
Bathtub is very dirty;
There was no toilet paper, I had to go out to buy it.
in summer the rooms are very hot, there should be a fan or air conditioning.

Ideal place for the Etape bike event, room was big, nice balcony overlooking the Mountains, swimming pool is small but very nice to chill out in on a hot afternoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful, be aware reception is not open all day, so make sure to arrive during the times it's open otherwise you will have to wait around.
I would definitely stay here again for another Alpe d'Huez trip with the bike.

The hotel appartment, balcony and facilities are partly worn down, needs further refurbishment. Kitchen and bathroom was new and ok. But hotel location is good, cleaning acceptable and staff friendly. Breakfast and restaurant menu appeared unchanged for last 25 years and did not match modern healthy food trends

The residence was basic but very well equipped and good value for money. The pool and sauna were an added bonus. The restaurant was very good and good value and the staff were pleasant. Probably won't get better value for money in the alps.

location is perfect and room is comfortable
Only 1 roll of toilet tissue provided, and for extras you need to buy yourself at grocery stores...

Hotel was clean, staff were helpful.

Clean, it has everything what an appartement needs to have.
Bed in living room was very old and very uncomfortable for sleeping. Our apartment was in "Bâtiment C", but we did not find any signs for names of bâtiments. It is not easy to find the apartement, especially when you arrive late.
