The staff and the location were nice. It had a good transport connection with the city
The floor felt greasy, the shower smelled badly and in general the property needs renovation, even for such a low price. Also the property didn’t inform me about the check-our procedure and didn’t follow up on my information requests, as I asked to check out early and received no reaction

No breakfast, location wasn't too bad.
Staff weren't very helpful, lack of cutlery + very dirty and grimy.
Oversold the place

Comfortable bed and good hot water shower.
The room had a really bad smell when I arrived, I guess someone smoked in there before my check-in. The wifi is extremely bad, I took 3h to upload a 5 minutes video to YouTube, and there is no comfortable chair to work on either. If you need the internet to work, skip it. Lastly, this hotel is in need of maintenance.

Near to bus stop and postal office.
The info about getting into the building using a code was written in french. I use English. I think it needs to be un several languages. The taxi driver helped me understand how to get in. Without his help I might be still standing there! Also I tried to contact the person responsible and number guven. They are only answering it or the building for a few hours. In that case they need to answer the phone anytime of the day. I could not use my wifi.

Good Location. Flexible check in. The deposit was returned quickly.
It is not clear why the deposit was taken at check-in if almost everything had been already broken in the room. The room was dirty. Only one power outlet worked. There were no mirrors in the room.

I liked the fact that there was a kitchnett bit wet didn't use them didn't need only to wash things and also it didn't seem very clean. However beds were comfy and clean. Balcony was great! Location ok since we went by car.
Horrible for parking, especially when taking luggage gear to go around the block like 3 times or more. A bit hard to get to find the reception since the first time there was nobody, ppl didn't help when passing by and I needed to ask them how to get to the reception. After that, at the reception the lady was very kind!

Location is the only good thing about this hotel, not long walk to Tivoli garden and big movie theater low budget hotel.
Am not very sensitive about if low price hotels are not very clean, but it was dirty, bad smell came up the half clocked shower drain, why it was so dirty was a mistery for me until I saw the hotel rule about if you stay longer than a week then you have to clean the room your self, I think that rule did start some filth collecting that will ruin the hotel if nothing is done. What does hotel have to offer to say they have kitchen, that's not a kitchen, it probably have heating system but air conditioner they don't, very sweaty night, owners knew of course and that's why you sleep under a sheets, like I have seen in cheap hotels in Asia. I didn't like this Hotel at all, we family of 5 got two separated rooms, one on second floor, the other on sixth floor.I could go on about it but I wanna forget it.

Smelly inside, hygiene level was very average. despite me writing in English every single answer was in French. very little instructions given to figure out where to find the key, how to get in town etc. check in time is very late, why?!

Apartment was grotty. Sink and shower box blocked. Access to flat was filthy. Floor very dirty. Internet access very poor.Pathetic

My room at the 7th floor was really value for money, with all the facilities to cook and work (microwave, kettle etc.), a separate room for the working bureau, comfortable marrasses, large terrasse with the view on the sunset (though not the sea, as there are plenty of buildings in front)
Tidy in general
If you plan to stay here to have a super fast access to the bus station in the direction of Mandelieu, it’s the best- just in front
Very friendly receptionist
There were no lights in the corridor and I had to go each time with the phone
If you plan to stay here but to spend time mostly in Cannes centre-ville, it’d be rather long way

easy late check in procedure. Receptionist was so nice and helpful. Really made our stay much better!
basic bit exactly what you pay for, if not more.

Located in the town center near bars, supermarkets and transportation.
Booked with an Amex then told on arrival they don't take Amex. More of a an old apartment building with permanent residents that also rents short stay rooms than a hotel or bnb or whatever it's listed as. Small low bed next to a slide door leading to a low balcony above a, not sure what to call it, an area covered in tall bush. I was constantly expecting to wakeup and see someone climbing in. The place was clean but like an old place from the 80s clean. It's just not a modern facility. Dark and dreary, very low ritt. I lasted 2 nights, had enough and checked out early. Asked about a refund for the remainder of the booking but was told I had to speak to Booking.com even though I paid them...so
