Rapport qualité prix à améliorer, ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles.

Le personnel, les parties communes, l’emplacement. Le parking privatif, même si non utilisé.

La propreté ( fond des toilettes marron…) et la vétusté de la chambre, non conforme à un 4 étoiles. Le bruit de la Clim la nuit est particulièrement désagréable.

Emplacement de qualité pour visiter la ville

L’emplacement et la qualité du site. La chambre. Le petit déjeuner.

Un sachet de thé ouvert et des ampoules en cours de remplacement trouvées dans la chambre. Très petits détails certes.

Perfect.

Fantastic location. Great midpoint for driving from England to the alps. Perfect town location for walking around the medieval town and loads of restaurants. Car parking underground. Very good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely go there again.

The shower in the bathroom was half broken; still worked but only the rainfall shower. Not really a problem.

Wi-Fi was bad, almost non existent at times, I am guessing my room was at the end of the router range. When i booked the hotel, breakfast was shown as £10, but no option to book, on the day it was £17 each. I was charged for 2 parking bays even though our 2 motorcycles were in 1 car bay. The receptionist said he could not change the bill. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, shame about the room

Parking in the underground car park worked well and the location of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was nice as was the room it was served in. Room has clearly been refurbished recently.

I had asked for a room near the lift so it was likely that there were some mobility issues so I was not at all happy to be faced with an in-room set of steps between the door/bed and especially not that the toilet was also down the steps. The lights seemed to have a mind of their own and the ones over said internal steps came on for no apparent reason.

Terrible wait until they have finished building works and new managers are in place.

Parking is very difficult to navigate tight spacing but useful inexpensive in town parking at 10e per day. Excellent location in centre of town. Trip to carpark is down a long dark ill lit corridor.

Staff were indifferent to problems, reported no air conditioning and mould in bathrooms (two rooms), light in bathroom not working nothing done in stay of three days... staffs attitude what can we do? Builders using lifts leaving dirt and dust, blocking corridors unnecessarily. One of our party left early because of state of their room.

Great location and fantastic value for money. Would stay again.

Great value for money at 130 euros per night right in the centre of Troyes and literally 2 minutes walk into the main plaza area. Rooms were a little tired perhaps but I'm nit picking when you factor in the value for money. Incredibly comfy beds worth a mention. Very friendly and helpful staff and onsite secure parking. Breakfast was very good also. Would stay again.

When you factor in value for money no complaints at all.

location good, to much sound of the city till late in the night

Parking at the hotel was pleassant. The lady from the nightshift was kind.

We had no hot water so we couldn't take a shower. They were not able to fix it. Next morning the new shift said, you had could do it in the morning. Is was an un polite discussion.

Beautiful Troyes

The hotel is very well located in the beautiful old part of Troyes. Easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. The underground carpark with direct access to the hotel was a real bonus

don't attempt to drive to entrance and unload, it is not possible. go to garage and unload. use the lift to arrive at reception.

If you take into consideration that cars are getting larger the stay would be perfect

car park we have a 4x4 Range Rover the car park is full of little kerbs nightmare getting a large car in and out no real need for these kerbs

Nice staff, good location but facilities (bed/dinner) were lacking

Very nice staff who made my dog and I welcome, great location and the parking made life easy.

Mattress was so old that I felt like I would roll out of the bed. Also there is no dinner option/room service on Sunday nights. I went out with my dog and found a lovely restaurant but after a long day of driving I would have much preferred to have dinner in the hotel.

Great location in the Center of the old town. underground parking right beneath the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff and breakfast was great and the old town is beautiful.

Great choice to stay in the heart of Troyes.

Charming property in the heart of Troyes. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a few steps from the hotel and yet the rooms are very quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The private parking was very useful, especially considering the location. The jacuzzi situated in a medieval cellar was a great experience and totally worth the price. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The room was a bit small but it's reasonable considering the age of the building. The breakfast is a bit pricey for what it is so we decided not to take it

Expensive for what it offered

The location, which is in the heart of Troyes, with underground parking. Good breakfast (extra cost). Elegant modern reception in an old building.

The room decor and flooring was tired and hot water very slow to come through to the shower.

Like many hotels in France only one U.K. channel in the TV and no access to Netflix or similar.
