L’équipe était très agréable, les communs étaient très bien.

La chambre était vraiment petite et le rapport qualité prix, plutôt élevé. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt sommaire, nous avons été déçu.

Free breaky with fresh orange juice, walkable to the city. Super cheap public parking across the road. 4 Euros for 24 hours!

This hotel labels itself as "modern." However, upon arrival, I couldn't help but notice that it felt more like an aged and poorly maintained establishment. The presence of mold was pervasive, seemingly thriving and cascading down from the walls. The AC system was another disappointment, appearing as though it had never seen a thorough cleaning throughout its existence. The unmistakable scent reminiscent of a neglected and dusty basement permeated the air. Additionally, the lack of insulation was rather disconcerting, as every passing car and pedestrian on the street felt like they were right inside the room with me.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and varied, Parking opposite the hotel 4 euros for 24 hours a real bargain.

Perfect location and very impressive staff

Its central position and the staff. I feel a young man, a versatile member of staff, acting as receptionist, parking problem solver and an extra pair of hands during the breakfast rush, truly deserves a special mention. He was reassuring in his advice both before and after our arrival in Reims. He moved his car to allow us to take his place in the hotel’s secure parking which, although very appreciated and rare, is also very limited for spaces. I hope the Ibis Style realises the value of its staff and truly appreciates the efforts of this young man and the whole team.

The colour scheme does not lend itself to relaxation. The room temperature is far too high for a good night’s sleep

Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable. Your staff, especially Marie at the front desk were exceptional. She was really 5 star hotel quality, especially on the very busy Race weekend.

The room I was given had not been cleaned but I was quickly given another room. nice big beds. Bit of a walk to the cathedral but not that far

Breakfast was very busy. Butter was difficult to find. Was in some small glass fridhe together with the small bottles of juice.

good location, a few minutes to the centre, near the channel. Helpful stuff, tasteful breakfast.

We had a room for persons with disability, and it was not convenient. But the second night we changed the room, so everything become good.

Room was nice, it had a big double bed and a bulk bed. However, our child did not prefer to sleep in the bulk bed (which was made from a sofa bed and did not feel super safe to her) and slept with us. The wallpaper on the wall was a bit teared, but still with a nice design of deck of cards. The choice at breakfast were simple but very nice. We especially enjoyed the figs bread and the cheese, plus a feta-dried tomatoes loaf bread. Private parking of the hotel was not available (full) but just next to the property there is a public car park (under a bridge, which seems a bit dodgy but it is actually fine) that costs only 4 euro per day. Staff were very friendly and suggested us a very nice champagne tasting experience in Epernay. Location is good, just walking distance from the cathedral.

The corridor did not look extremely clean, probably due to the carpet condition. Our view from the room was not the best, it was probably on the internal car park.

Breakfast at Ibis Styles is always super.

This time the location of the hotel was “unfortunate “ as it was next to a crossroad of crowded streets. The hotel itself is quite dated/ old . A renovation maybe is needed.
