Staff were lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and spacious. Nice pool.

Without a car it is a little away from centre if with people not able to easily walk far. We had to taxi everywhere.

Arrêt au Zenitude de Carcassonne

Les équipements des chambres sont parfaits. Il manque juste la climatisation. Nous avons eu trop chaud. La literie était excellente pour nous.

La cuvette des toilettes était sale...et ça, j'aime moins, mais tout était fonctionnel. Nous reviendrons car ceci est je pense, un accident.

J'étais piégé et trompé Dommage

Trop de bruit qui vient je pense des locaux techniques ...j'ai pas dormi toute la nuit.. A l arrivée vers 15h laa chambre n'était pas nettoyer 20 m d attente La réceptionniste a voulu et tout fait pour que dors dans cette chambre alors que ya vais d'autres nettoyer et libre.

Hôtel assez calme, à recommander pour un séjour de 2 ou 3 nuits.

La situation proche de la Cité et des visites sur la route de Mazamet. Le parking sécurisé. Studio assez grand. Personnel accueillant.

Les plaques électriques pourraient être plus performantes. Route assez passante très proche d où un peu de bruit la nuit

Très, très déçu et mécontent...

La literie est une honte pour cet hôtel, même s'il s'agit d'un hôtel pas cher il m'a été impossible de dormir tant le lit grince. De plus a l'ouverture du placard il y a de quoi réveiller tout l'hôtel. Petit déjeuné classique mais le personnel peu dynamique et sale sur lui. J'ai déjà passé quelques nuits dans différents Zenitude toujours très content mais là à Carcassonne, je déconseille fortement cet établissement

No nos gustó NADA. Una nefasta atención.

Nos han enviado, por correo, los códigos de entrada el día que salíamos una vez ya nos habíamos ido... El dia de entrada estuvimos 35 minutos esperando, sin respuesta en el teléfono. En la descripción del hotel no ponen que no hay recepción.

Good value in Carcassonne

Having a fridge and cooking facilities was great. Room had plenty of space and was clean. Plenty of free parking available.

A little way from the castle and not many shops/restaurants around.

Polubiliśmy go i napewno wrócimy!

Wygodny i duży apartament, idealny na pobyt 7-dniowy.Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego skromne ale wystarczające. Hotel położony w dzielnicy mieszkaniowej, więc zapewnia ciszę i spokój. Duży atut to bardzo duży strzeżony parking. W odległości 5 min samochodem duże centrum handlowe, co istotne gdy korzysta się z aneksu kuchennego do robienia posiłków. Wszystko odpowiadało naszym wymaganiom więc znowu wrócimy do tego hotelu, dodatkowo położenie hotelu jest bardzo dogodne do zwiedzania tej części Francji. Polecam.

Disgusting smell and poor customer service - one to avoid

Good size apartments and reasonably well located

The stay was ruined by the smell of rotten fish or a dead animal from the fridge in the kitchen/lounge area. It was utterly repulsive - and I do not use these words lightly. Reported to staff the evening we arrived but no action taken, apart from seemingly to come in whilst we were out at dinner and turn the air con down to freezing. Reception was closed when we returned from dinner so couldn't ask what they had done. We were unable to use the kitchen/lounge at all and the disgusting smell pervaded through the apartment, despite us trying to seal the room off! Reported again to staff in the morning but no interest shown in resolving in any way. Door in apartment didn't fit properly, bedroom light bulb needed changing, light fitting was loose, shower gel holder broken, pool area dirty with tissues... normally I wouldn't care too much about this stuff but the smell - and lack of action to resolve it or communication from the staff - highlights these smaller flaws to compound the misery. First negative review I've written of anywhere we've used via Booking.com, and we've been lucky enough to have been on a few travels. We were not happy! Update: I informed Booking.com, who spoke to the hotel and they agreed a 50% refund on condition that I remove the review. So I removed it. No refund received and they now refuse to acknowledge that they made that offer, so the review is back – at Booking.com’s recommendation. Avoid this place!"

localisation isn't great but there's a big parking plus a pool

Poor internet connection, room was fine although we found a few hairs in the bathroom, breakfast not special( few things to choose from, definitely not value for money) no restaurant on the side what makes it a bit difficult if you want to eat something

It's easy to find location, although a bit far from the city center. Good value for money, free parking on site, swimming pool, and reasonable price for bed and breakfast.

Room facilities need renovation. The hair dryer is missing in the room. if you need it, you have to ask at the reception🤨

Good low budget hotel to visit Carcassone

Comfortable room with friendly staff. We visited Carcassone for the July 14th fireworks, so the city was very busy and we were glad to find a room at a reasonable enough price. Seemed family-friendly and had the basic necessities. Just a few minutes walk away, there is a station for the city's electric bikes that can help get around the hill and into the city faster if you don't have a car.

There was no hair dryer or iron in the room. The rooms are also not sound proof, we could hear the kids playing in the pool as well as noise from surrounding rooms.

Nice breakfast and decent pool. Friendly staff and not too far from the centre. Either a 15 min walk or a €7 taxi.

It’s comfortable and the pool is quite nice. It’s a little grotty tbh. Looks like they’ve not spent a penny on it since the 80’s!! Annoying that you have to take the room Key (it’s a proper old school key and fob not a swipe card) everywhere as the reception isn’t manned after 6 or something like that. The rooms are very dated but the aircon works well and breakfast is good and served in a very nice breakfast room. There is nothing at all near the hotel (shops etc) so you’ll need to stock up if you’re going to take food and eat in. The pool could do with being cleaned out more (leaves etc in the pool) but it’s pleasant and there’s enough sun loungers. Overall it’s a cheap stay and that reflects. But the staff are very nice and for the price it’s fine.
