war passend für die Zeit

es hat mich an die Hostals in Spanien und auf meinen Reisen im Ausland erinnert, eine bunte Mischung, dafür aber ganz ruhig und angenehm,

Eine Zumutung - keinerlei Empfehlung wert !!!

Nichts.

Eine Unterkunft? Eher eine Absteige! Ein Zimmer laut Beschreibung 15 qm, aber es war mit eingerechnetem Minibad maximal 11 qm. Das nennt man unlauteren Wettbewerb! Die Einrichtung eher Sperrmüll als Möbel, Matraze mit spürbaren Stahlfedern. Wer sowas mag, nur zu. Von mir keine Empfehlung wert.

Good but no kettle

The room was spacious and warm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nice with a decent range of choices

A kettle and some coffee and tea options in the room would have made this excellent

Hotel Astoria... einmal und nie wieder!!

Ich hatte ein Dach über dem Kopf

Dieses Haus ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß...im Prinzip hat man hier vor dreißig Jahren damit aufgehört in das Objekt zu investieren. Alles ist aufs übelste heruntergekommen und niemand macht sich die Mühe etwas dran zu ändern. Von aufgequollenen Fußboden über völlig verrostete Heizkörper bis hin zu einer Duschwand welche durch einen fünf Euro Duschvorhang ersetzt wurde. Alles ist sehr sehr schäbig und vollständig verwahrlost. Der Weg zum Zimmer hat aber schon einiges vermuten lassen...und das das Personal in ihren privaten Klamotten an der Rezeption sitzt und ohne gefragt zu werden direkt davon beginnt wie sch*** die Kollegen sind und das man sich ja bald etwas neues suchen wird hat den gesamten Eindruck quasi vervollständigt.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt genau richtig.

Das Hotel ist in Stuttgart etwas höher gelegen in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Alle technischen Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Personal half mir nach Kräften, auch nach 0.00 Uhr noch Einlaß zu bekommen.

Im Sanitärbereich gibt es nicht genug Ablagemöglichkeiten z.B. für Handtücher und Kleidung.

Preis- Leistung, wie erwartet

Die Lage war sehr gut! Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, sowie eine Bahnstation. Das Personal hat uns die Wege sehr gut erklärt und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Es war leider nicht sehr sauber. Die Dusche, sowie das gesamte Badezimmer waren leider nicht so hygienisch, wie man es sich gewünscht hätte.

Quiet and comfortable

When we booked the location of the hotel was not clear so that we arrived to another Astoria hotel, 3 km far away from this one

PENNY super market just behind the hotel and keep open till 10 PM.

The location is at slope of hill, with out car not convenient. To use public car parking after paying parking fees.Parking fee free from 10 PM to 8 AM, but challenging to get at late nights.

This district is very quiet. 5 minutes with bus from the city centre. Staff was very polite and helped us with all questions)) The room is very comfortable and nice with very comfortable bed! It was sometimes noisy in the room on the side of the shop (on the first floor), because of the iron lattice on the road outside . Some pieces of furniture were old, but cosy)) I would recommend this place))

Location not convenient

Clean room and comforetable bed. Supermarket conveniently nearby.

Near impossible to get there on foot. It's uphill all the way from central station. Additionally, the hotel is really several buildings. I was given a room in a premises across from reception.
