Prima hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt, zeer centraal gelegen in het centrum.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel Zeer lekker ontbijt, niet heel uitgebreid maar genoeg variatie aanwezig en vers gebakken broodjes met gekookte eieren. Kamer een beetje gedateerd maar wel allemaal helemaal schoon. Mooi in het hartje van het centrum. Alles direct in de omgeving of op een kleine loopafstand.

Zou een eigen badkamer hebben en een tv op de kamer. Dit bleek echter een gezamenlijke badkamer en wc te zijn. Verder ook geen tv op de kamer maar een gezamenlijke tv ruimte. Gezien we de enige bewoners op de verdieping waren, was het op dat moment verder geen groot probleem. Echter het was fijner geweest dat al deze zaken op je eigen kamer aanwezig zouden zijn zoals eigenlijk ook aangegeven werd. Verder is het parkeren in Monschau een ramp. Veel te weinig parkeergelegenheden voor het massaal aantal toeristen. Eerste dag ook ver buiten de stad moeten parkeren op een openbare wandel parkeerplaats.

Angenehme Zeit in einem sehr persönlich geführtem kleinen Hotel, sehr schön.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vollkommend ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren angenehm und sehr sauber. Mit der Lage mitten im Ort war man an allen touristischen Orten sehr schnell. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Hotelsbesitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Der Fernseher war sehr klein, aber man ist ist ja nicht zum Fernsehen dort. Die Getränkeauswahl im Vertrauenskühlschrank war sehr zusammen gewürfelt, zig unterschiedliche Bierdosen und keines was zugesagt hat. Für einen kleinen Absacker auf der schönen Hinterhausterrasse wäre ein Bierchen noch nett gewesen.

Prachtige plek midden in Monschau

Heel erg gehorig, boven loge's liepen de gehele nacht heen en weer daarom waren wij ook wakker. Miste een thee /koffie set op de kamer.

hotel is ideaal gelegen, in het midden van het stadscentrum. Vanuit het hotel kan je alle kanten uit. Ontbijt was goed.

Mitten im Ort, zu allem fußläufig.

Liegt ganz zentral im Ort und ist trotzdem ruhig. Wunderschönes Fachwerkhaus. Traditionelles Café gehört dazu, wo sehr schmackhafte Leckereien gereicht werden.

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Die Lage mitten im Ortskern ist nett und das kleine Hotel hat Charm.

Das Bad, besonders das Waschbecken ist extrem klein.

Lage super, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer einfach Bad zu klein

unangenehmer Geruch im Bad vermutlich aus dem Abfluss. Gastronomie es hatten viele Gastätten abends geschlossen

Excellent stay in Monschau

Our host were fantastic. Nothing was too much and they have made our stay very pleasant indeed. We got towels for the Spa, a lovely breakfast and a room with a wonderful view. We were able to park in one of the 3 big parking garages in town for 3 euros a day and booked by the hotel.

There is nothing to mention that was negative.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Bigger room than expected. Very central location, yet got a good sleep at night. Breakfast with all necessary ingredients.

Cold and unpersonal welcome. The second day (of three days) we stayed in the hotel, the room was not cleaned. Unpleasant surprise.

Very spacious room

Our room was very big with a separate living/dinning room which was perfect for us to have baby in bed early while we could relax without worrying of wearing him up. Breakfast was also excellent. Plus the location is great!

A very pleasant stay, very good value for money, managed on the ground by direct and friendly staff.

Excellent location in centre of the village. Good breakfast.

Car parking is difficult in this village and we were given little indication of how to manage it.

location in the center

We arrived before 18 with 10 minutes but no one was there to give us the key. We tried to contact the property but we managed very hard with the help of some German tourists who spoke on the phone in our place because they did not have the option of English. After about an hour I whistled to stay and surprise. There was no towel in the room. I reported this in the morning at breakfast and they were suspicious about it. We were asked twice if we certainly didn't have towels… Poor breakfast, the whole floor creaks and the beds the same

Great location and good value for money!

In the heart of the old town! Good bed and very friendly host!

Floorboards are a bit noisy at night (room above) but this is because of the structure of the old buildings and is not really a big issue, just good to know.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Great location in the center of Monschau and a very friendly host made our stay wonderful, we felt very welcome, despite strenuous circumstances (recent flooding in the basement). The breakfast was very nice as well, with good buns.

The pillows were very strange and shapeless. Otherwise, the bathrooms will need to be updated in the future, but given the price, they were adequate.

Wonderful & homey stay In Monschau

The owner was very thoughtful and friendly, and they have done a very good job in upkeep the building, room is very clean, our 7 months baby is very happy with her baby bed, and the breakfast was stunning! Of course the location was perfect! 100% recommended.

Good location, fine staff. Homely feel. Very old German building.

Location is good.

No parking space for your car. Officially temp parking for unloading luggage prohibited. Parking 300 m at public parking. Public parking to be paid for during office hours, also at these times at sat. and sun. No dinner served in the restaurant.
