Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück, gepflegte Anlage, guter Service

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer fehlt, Zimmer in Erdgeschoss die Stahl/Blech Stühle aus der Terasse einfach nur unbequem und auch unansehnlich.

Sehr schöne Lage im Schlosspark

Gerade durch Umbauarbeiten etwas eingeschränkt (Frühstück, Abendessen). Ist ok, aber kann man besser kommunizieren.

königliches Ambiente

detailreiche Ausstattung, Wohnen wie eine Prinzessin, auch durch Originalstücke (restaurierter Schrank), Bett sehr bequem, sehr schöne Badeinrichtung mit genügend Platz, schöner kleiner Schloßpark

Frühstück war für die vielen anwesenden Gäste übersichtlich, wurde auch erst spät nachgelegt, nur ein schmaler Zuweg zum Buffett

War schön, aber muss nicht unbedingt nochmal hinfahren

Ruhig gelegen, genügend kostenlose Parkplätze, kleines aber feines Frühstücksangebot, für Wanderer ideal

Schlosssanierung, dauert noch Jahre, deshalb hoher Lärmpegel, Wochentags bis 17- 18 Uhr. Auch Sonnabend morgen, kein ausschlafen möglich, es wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen oder sich dafür entschuldigt. Weit ab von jeglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten,

derzeit kein Wellness, aber als Ausflugshotel sehr schön.

gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, auch Frühstück ist ok

Parkplatzsituation ist unbefriedigend. Wir hatten Wellness gebucht, dies ist hier derzeit nicht möglich, da der SPA um-/ausgebaut wird. Diese Fehlbuchung ist aber nicht dem Hotel anzulasten, sondern eher der Booking-Platform, die, obwohl von den Umbauten informiert, trotzdem Wellness-Buchungen annehmen. Abends a-la-carte war auch nicht möglich, da z.- Z. nur ein Koch. Trotzdem war das Personal sehr nett und versuchte, alles recht zu machen.

Exceptional

Beautiful place with exquisite cuisine and kind, helpful staff. Comfy and tidy rooms. Beautiful restaurant in historical part od hotel, but the bar area stole my heart (because od design :) ).

Parking could be closer to enterance.

beautiful neiborhood dinner in hotel restaurant was so goood

breakfast was terrible. you need to ask for server if you want coffee then they bring kettle in 30 min.

I loved the garden surrounding the property.

Very nice location, clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The room was very hot and had no fridge for cool drinks. But I probably should have checked that beforehand.

Staying in a castle , its a dream

For a reasonable amount you can stay here in a castle although many rooms are in a modern wing. Don't miss this unique hotel if you are in this remote region of Germany. Room was modern, comfortable and had a nice patio. Breakfast buffet very good and friendly reception staff. The hotel is easy to reach by bus from Zittau if you have no car, but very limited bus services on weekend. During the week every hour. Hotel also has nice garden and park and a small lake. Can relax in the park. A lake for swimming in Olbersbach nearby (2 km). Wifi was good although its a rather remote area.

perfect for what we wanted - good access to the Zittauer schmalbahn

easily found - well sign posted - which was good because Zittau was a nightmare with road works & diversions. Lovely building & garden

Only thing I could say was that it was a bit dated

Our room had a nice view of the grounds and the dining room had a good ambience with elegant silver candlesticks. And, nearby was good hiking.
