Good.

Check your email for the door code which they send you if you check in after hours. I didn't have data so could only check with WiFi. Their WiFi info is on a note on the door.

No reception desk. Rude manager. Didn’t send codes to access rooms even though we had already paid. Finally sent them at 10.21 that night. We had to book into another hotel. Booking.com. Only refunded £22 of a £44 bill. Poor service all round.

Nice stay, short walk into town with a park on the corner.

Codes to get into the door and easy to get in and out. Beds confortable and a short walk into town. I stayed here two nights, it wasy easy to book through booking.com

I could not check in early. I had to wait outside for an email that was sent to that had the check in codes for the door. This was my fault that I did not email the property and tell them what I was doing. I think if you emailed them they would have sent the code or someone would have been at reception.

Pleasant Stay.

Property has a free parking available. Which is very convenient. The staff is charming and welcoming. We can feel like like at home.

The property is old so you might hear your neighbours.

curtain for bathroom door. lift not available and I specifically asked due to being disabled. lift not made a Soto us despite being asked. Staff were blunt to the point of being rude. Not helpful re getting food either. advertised as shops/restaurants nearby which there weren’t. grouting terrible in bathroom. toilet was loose. stairs were steep and handrail was too low and I’m only 5’1”. Awful place.

Good value, parking on property in busy part town. Good value breakfast.

Modern reception fronts older-style traditional property. Possibly still in throes of renovating rooms as en-suite very dated ; especially shower-stall and no door on it, just a curtain over aperture.

Affordable and calm stay. It would be great for anyone that needs a night or two in the city.

Calm place that matched the price. If you don't need anything fancy. This place is fine!

The shower was not very friendly to a tall folk like me.

The staff is very hospitable and kind...the room is clean...the location of the hotel is good

Easy access and clear instructions. Good beds, clean sheets, nu clutter

The shower room could do with some renovation.

Definitely won't be going there again.

The outside of the property is attractive and parking was easy. The young man on reception was helpful and spoke good English.

The cobwebs, curtains hanging off the rail, the threadbare and dirty carpet, the mold, the bathroom 'cupboard', the broken shower wash dispenser, the noisy road. We had asked for a quiet room. We only saw 1 other couple so I'm sure we didn't have to be put on the top floor with no lift.
