Sicuramente ci tornerò più che volentieri !

Struttura piccola e molto accogliente, organizzata, pulita in modo impeccabile. Il mio soggiorno è stato assolutamente nel complesso super positivo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, una cosa che ho apprezzato tanto è stato il clima sereno creato proprio dal modo di rapportarsi con i clienti. Sicuramente ci tornerò più che volentieri, per i miei viaggi di lavoro mi affiderò sicuramente a questa struttura. Ottimo lavoro!

Scelta super azzeccata

Non posso che scrivere un ottimo giudizio per questo piccolo grande hotel: posizione strategica, prezzo competitivo, pulizia ottima, gentilezza del personale indescrivibile!! Situato a pochi passi dal centro città, offre tutti i servizi indispensabili per una vacanza a Perugia, contornato da un meraviglioso staff! Consigliatissimo!

Un'oasi nel deserto

La stanza è risultata accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Lo staff si è mostrato gentile e disponibile verso le nostre esigenze.

La struttura non è dotata di ascensore. Gli spazi, soprattutto all'interno del bagno, sono eccessivamente ristretti.

Tutto perfetto

Tutto: accoglienza impeccabile, personale molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ubicazione imparagonabile in quale a pochi metri da ascensore inclinato e scale x raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico e da fermate autobus e minimetró x raggiungere il resto della città. Complimenti

Fantastisch

Schone kamer met balkon. Vlakbij het oude centrum van Perugia en het station. ( loopafstand). Mooie badkamer en aardig personeel. Leuke restaurantjes vlakbij. Als ik weer in Perugia kom, kom ik zeker terug.

Die Lage ist top.m Man hat uns auch detailliert erklärt welchen Parkplatz wir wählen sollen, dann mit der Mini Metro und anschließend 10 min zu Fuß. Perfekt, fußläufig alles in Parkhaus zu erreichen.

Struttura buona e con tutti i confort

Posizione centrale, in meno di 5 min a piedi ti trovi nella piazza centrale di Perugia, hotel abbastanza accogliente e con tutti i confort necessari.

Camere un po' datate ma in linea con la struttura.

Ottima posizione vicina al centro città e alla fermata della Minimetrò. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Great location, comfortable room

Great location! Very close to mini metro and bus terminal. Room was comfortable with an amazing view. Staff were friendly.

Bathroom is a bit small, but it is expected in an old building.

Perugia experience

The location was excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty. And the rooms were clean with fresh bedding and big white towels .

There is nothing that we did not like It is not a modern hotel so it might need an update but i think it has a lot of charm.

I have enjoyed my stay in Perugia for its majestic vibe of Italian city, which was also thanks to stay in this hotel.

The location is perfectly accesible. The comfort on good level and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would visit again :)

The balcony was little narrow, but in the end it showed the authenticity of this town.

Perfect last minute solution for the Umbria jazz festival

Location and quiet

Lack of air conditioning but even with the heat wave I was able to cool the room enough with the fan to sleep

Very good

Location is absolutely ideal. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. During my stay, my room had an issue with water and it was fixed promptly.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear neighboring rooms but this is something you have to count with. Apart from this detail, everything was great.

The location outweighed the cons.

Location was outstanding and made our stay in Perugia so easy and convenient.

Fair amount of noise from the hallway as people came and went and from other rooms, but it was always quiet after 11 or so. People smoked in their rooms (which is illegal in Italy) often with the cigarette hanging out the windows and since the windows and small balcony are very close, it was unpleasant and hard to get away from the smell. No elevator, so getting luggage up and down stairs was a challenge for me.

Very good

Hotel s. Ercolano is perfectly located to the old town. Situated near a quiet narrow street. Our room was small (with balcony, bathroom, wardrobe and small fridge), with enough place for a couple. Everything clean. We had a comfortable and lovely stay there.

Incredible value & comfortable stay! :)

The location is amazing and accessible to the main piazza’s in Perugia. The staff are very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat, shops etc. we even got given a little Perugia souvenir from the staff. The beds are really spacious and comfortable and extra pillows are provided if you need. I am really fussy when it comes to comfortable beds and I had the best nights sleep. The rooms are dated however they are very clean. I think value for money and what you get is incredible.

Absolutely great location, in the middle of old center, but also far from the nonstop noise of the people. Quiet, clean, nice ... very happy with my choice.

Just an advice - staff should be informed about bus schedules from/to airport. At least. :)

Great location

The location was great and the view from the balcony was incredible. The staff was really kind and open to questions. The room had everything it needed.

Wifi didn't work in our room for the first day.
