Wir waren zufrieden

Die Lage am Strand war super, eigene Liegen waren inkludiert, das war sehr praktisch. Der Pool sah auch klasse aus, allerdings waren wir lieber im Meer. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Lage gut (da ansich eher ruhig aber man war schnell im Geschehen wenn man es wollte). Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und gut klimatisiert, der seitliche Meerblick sehr schön.

Es ist zwar ein Parkplatz im Preis inbegriffen, allerdings nur einer 300 m vom Hotel entfernt. Für die Tiefgarage muss man pro Nacht 10 € extra zahlen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist - wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben- recht alt, aber ok und funktional. Die Bäder müssen allerdings wirklich dringend überholt werden (sauber waren sie aber stets!)!

Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful views, garage for parking car, private beach with sunbeds included, extraordinary breakfast with great homemade cakes and free espresso. Service was outstanding and we got a welcome drink at the bar as well!

While the bedroom is alright, bathrooms could be renovated.

Really enjoyed our stay - we were upgraded to commencing rooms with full sea view which was wonderful. Although some of the fittings are slightly older in style - the whole hotel is immaculately clean and the beds very comfy. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful- reception and housekeeping especially. Loved having seat numbers on the beach as well as the ease of access. Very handy for restaurants as well as bus/boat to Venice- being able to get tickets at reception was ideal. Only thing which could make it better- coffee making facilities in the room

Good but can be better

The best thing is the view from the family room or front rooms, directly on the beach/see (there is no sunset or sunrise view). The personnel is very professional! Always smiling, ready to help and very friendly. Another good point is the big parking lot next to the hotel which is free and the hotel location, as you will find the main promenade for the evening walks and restaurants in 5min walking distance. Unfortunately these are the only points which keeps the rate high for this hotel. The rating takes into consideration the money charged versus what offers! We enjoyed the time spent there and would return if the rooms will be refurbished.

There is linoleum on the floor with marks and stains as sign of wear and tear during the years. In the small room, on a windy day, you feel the wind how is blowing inside (the curtains are moving) - and yes, the door is closed. The bathrooms are old and small! The noise isolation is not the best but bearable. The breakfast is very basic. We would never choose another room as the front rooms (see view) in case of return.

*** I liked was the location of the hotel being directly on the beach *** Prices of the beach where fine *** Coperto at the restaurant was only 1 € , which was reasonable compared to the restaurants on the street that charge 3€ coperto for each person (including my 3-year-old child) This is the tips included straight on the bill . if you have three kids + 2 adults you played already 15 € just tips , diesent matter how much you spend at that place . **** Taxes at the end of the stai 7,90 , that’s ok . *** the hotel staff was polite

*** the shower cabin was broken m. every time I took a shower the whole bathroom filled with water. the shower stall doors did not close properly. when I got to the room the floor was very dirty, there was sand everywhere. The hotel had no slippers. *** We were accommodated on the fourth floor and every time I had to go up and down the stairs because it was impossible to use the elevator. the elevator was very slow, by the time it reached the fourth floor we were already on the beach. If someone was already in the elevator, you had to wait 5 minutes until they reached you. ** breakfast was the same every day *** the furniture in the room was very old *** in the night you could hear noise of the other rooms ***

Amazing location and hotel. Perfect for a relaxing summer holiday

Fantastic location, a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room well equipped and fantastic staff, all extremely cheerful, polite and very welcoming.

Having to select pool or beach sunbed - would have liked to just turn up at the pool without planning beforehand

Perfect location right next to the beach which was clean and not crowded. The breakfast was rich. Free, secured parking. Superb staff, always there to help. Our room was also nice and clean, with a sea view balcony.

The WiFi performance was really poor and should be upgraded.

excellent location direct by the see in Jesolo. The equipment and the furnitures are a little bit old but evetything was very clean. the Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially the staff at the reception and the gentleman at the pool. You can get umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach or at the pool for free, you just need to book it at the reception. The breakfast is very rich, a lot of kind of food and also delicious. The parking possibility is very good, this is a big advantage in Jesolo. I can recommend this hotel for families, my kids really liked the pool and the facilities.

perfect for long stay for short stay

Breakfast with rich big variety of food sections. Coffee perfect. Room and bathroom was super clean. Parking was perfect vallet parking for first then all car find their spots, although takes some time.

Internet speed was super slow, 15 / 3 as I measured. Elevator is small and SLOW.

We stayed 3 nights in the summer, starting on a Sunday. They were very nice and upgraded our Family room. To their best room.. Top floor with a balcony. The room layout was great, two single beds for the kids, and then a "twin" in another room ( the room was separated by a curtain )

The only problem, was the room was... It was on the 6th floor. And with the outside temp in the 31 C, 87 F range. The single A/C unit for the room couldn't really control to a low enough temperature for me.

Will not book this again

Near the beach. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel did not meet the price of the stay. Felt robbed at checkout. Looked nicer on the pictures. Overpriced is the final impression. Got 2 sunbeds for a room for 4 people. Had to pay for the last 2. Not all staff knew English, and did not understand us. Had to close the fridge in our room by putting our suitcase in front of the door, or else it would not close. One big cover for the bed for 2 people, and small pillow.

Cosy family hotel with pool directly at the seaside

Cosy, calm family hotel with private pool right by the seaside. Plenty morning buffet with a good variety of food and fruits. Also good lunch and dinner, which you could enjoy on the terrasse with unlimited view of the sea. Every appartment has dedicated sunbeds (pool or seaside), so you have the same sunbeds for a week. This is super cool, as you avoid the early birds running down to the pool putting their towels on the sunbeds. Remember to ask reception for the either pool or seaside. The staff was smiling and very helpful in all matters. Nice rooms with own balcony and seaview. There were sufficient space in the rooms for 3 single beds for our three teenagers. Super. Very effective cleaning every day. Safe environment Private parking, which is great when you arrive in your own car.

Nothing negative to say, really. Oh. One thing. There is no laundry service at the hotel. And there is no laundry service close by. A thing we discovered when the reception guided us to what they thought was the nearest laundry shop.

Rooms so clean and comfortable, sound proof, great AC and wifi. The breakfast was so good. Staff were great. Location was perfect, right on beach and 1 min from supermarket and so many bars and restaurants, amusements etc.

The sunbeds at the pool were assigned to each room however we did not receive one - we did however get one for the beach but this was not explained to us and no option was given to choose pool over beach. I am still unsure as to how these are booked. It didn't effect us as we liked the beach and there were always beds free by the pool anyway.

1-they should every thing periodically before we cone as AC was not functioning however they compensate v well for that and satisfied us properly 2-we are about to leave and leave our passports in the reception because we forgot and they forgot and kept passports till time of check out and yet they also forgot ,we just remember out of blue.
