Très bon établissement qu'il m'est arrivé de recommander à mes amis à plusieurs reprises.

Je connais cet établissement depuis 2016 et je m'y arrête régulièrement. Confortable à tous points de vue. Situation près du centre ville. Animaux acceptés. Parking privé. Petit déjeuner complet.

Les efforts pour communiquer malgré la non-connaissance de l'anglais (ceci est vrai pour le personnel de service à table au restaurant car à la réception, l'anglais est parfaitement maitrisé)

Siempre he estado alli . Je contratado la estancia en booking y no el hotel ni Uds me dan la factura y yo les he pagado a booking . Si no recibo mañana la factura de booking no volvere a contratar con Uds y no volvere a este hotel. Siempre que lo contrataba en booking pagaba en el hotel y me hacian la factura inmediatsmente . Ests vez me lo habeis cobrado atraves de un intermediario y por esto el hotel no me fa la factura

Encima me han dado la peor habitacion y llevo iendo a este hotel mas de 15 años

Will not be returning.

Not a lot. Served the purpose for an overnight stay but would not return.

Bedroom did not have any hot drink making facilities. Hotel, generally was very impersonal.

Buen hotel en el centro de Palencia

Ubicación, el desayuno está bastante bien alguna opción más de platos calientes no estaría mal, el pan riquísimo, el café tb, la bollería super rica y mucha variedad, la amabilidad del personal maravillosa, el servicio de habitaciones muy bien, las camas muy cómodas. El tamaño de la habitación bastante bien. En general la experiencia ha sido buena.

El baño está un poco anticuado y al llegar la habitación olía un poco raro, abrimos la ventana un rato y se acabó el problema. La vista de la habitación que nos tocó, era feilla, a un patio interior, pero bueno eso es secundario

Would stay again - it was ok

Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean and nice seating area in junior suite.

The coffee machines in the bedroom and breakfast area are the pod machines - many people love them but I think they taste awful! VERY NOISY!!!! This is also a residential block which is popular for children and dog walkers, do not expect a peaceful stay, also they have limited the volume on the television so do not expect to be able to here the radio or a programme over the noise.

Would recommend this hotel for its location and comfort.

Hotel is situated well for visiting the locations of interest. It is also well placed for local restaurants. Room was exceptionally large with two separate sleeping areas.

The window is opened to a shared balcony, which you cannot get to (no door) - but other rooms can (have doors).

A good place to stay if you don't mind the noise

The location was good. Right in the city centre. It was clean and nice.

The noise! In the corridors it was often noisy. People standing and talking loudly at any time, early in the morning or late at night! That made it hard to rest!

Disappointing

The room was on the fouth floor and the heating was up the pole. Could not open the window enough to cool room down. We did point out the problem in the morning but wished we had asked to move rooms.

Very disappointing

The restaurant food was good.

The fitted coat hangers in the bedroom were broken and I had to ask for normal coat hangers at reception. The beds were very firm and they were made up with sheets and a blanket. The fitted hairdryer didn’t work and when I tried to locate a switch under the sink the cover fell off leaving bare electrical cables. Also the plug wouldn’t pull out of the bath after having a bath. There was mould around the shower tray and also the tray was cracked. We told reception and we were offered another room which we accepted. However this had a double bed whereas our booking was for a twin room. When we left we told reception how disappointed we were. We were not charged for the small bottle of water that we had taken from the mini bar (2 euros 20 cents). However we were not given any discount off the bill and were offered 2 small bottles of water to take with us free of charge. Very disappointed indeed.
