Good 'all inclusive' service, great meal variety. The staff was really friendly, they offered us a free room upgrade from a deluxe double room to a family suite when we arrived. Special thanks to Mr. Nikos from the Reception for being very helpful. Great view from rooms (sun dawn + see/beach). There is a 'mini club' with various activities for children: drawing, playing, dancing, etc.
Highly recommend to visit Sunset Cliffs in the evening which are just about 15 minute walk from the Hotel.
Besides that, although the hotel provides free transfers to the Mononaftis beach (which is actually at about 5 minutes by foot in a steep hill), I would recommend to go to the Psaroumoura beach which is lot more cozy and not that far away. Agia Pelagia main sandy beach is at about 20-30 minutes by foot.
For guests with little children it's worth mentioning that in the evening (9-11:30 PM) it can be very noisy due to parties in the hotel (at the main pool, amphitheater's parties are just fine in that regards) and hotels around. So if you want to have quite and calm evenings then it makes sense to consider rooms in so called Annex which are just about 3-5 minutes walk from the main part of the Hotel.

A lovely and clean hotel with excellent service and great food!!!
3.5
This is what I expected from an all inclusive resort. The food was good, and it was nice to be able to try different dishes each meal and each night. I was pleasantly surprised by the included cocktails, and also tried a non-included cocktail which was also very nice! Our room was right at the end of resort so lovely and peaceful, but we also weren't too far from the main restaurant and swimming pools. We did venture up the hill to the annex which also had a lovely pool and a really great bar area along with the crazy golf. We mostly spent our days at Mononaftis Beach which is down a very very steep hill! there is a shuttle bus service from the hotel which I would recommend, but the beach is lovely if a bit pebbly. Finally, the staff here are wonderful! Stelios particularly stood out as he was always so kind and friendly. Maria at the pool bar was also lovely.
At times the dining hall felt very crowded, not the hotel's fault and is to be expected, but it can get very loud and a bit much. The worst thing though was that smoking is allowed round the pools and in most places it seems. One evening in the outside auditorium someone was smoking cigarettes despite it supposedly being a smoke free zone and none of the members of staff who walked past him did anything. It's not great especially when you've got a lot of kids during summer holidays.

This was a beautiful, relaxing hotel with lovely staff!
The food was a little bit repetitive but this didn’t bother us as we only stayed for 5 nights, but those looking to stay for 2 weeks might find this a con?

The beach.
The nice stuff.
Quite honestly, this was a huge disappointment. The hotel is barely a 3 stars hotel, but with a higher price. The pictures are misleading. The room (annex) was so far, with so many stairs and no elevator. They didn't even ask if we could go up and down these stairs or if we prefer a room with less stairs ( a lot of emptied rooms were available).
The room itself was old, moldy( you can tell by the very bad smell), the bathroom was basic with no toiletries (just a bar of soap and hand wash for shampoo).
Everything costs extra, the beach towels, the safe in the room... Not worthy of a 4 stars hotel and definitely not a resort.
The breakfast had a lot of options, but the food tasted blend, except for the pancakes and eggs ( all i could eat for 4 days)

Complex was really lovely, views excellent, staff very friendly and helpful
Not enough choice of drinks, needs another restaurant choice. Think kids club should be based nearer the pool area to encourage more people to use it

location was perfect and the pool facilities were great for all ages.
hotel rooms probably need modernising.
3.0
Clean, reasonable facilities and most of the staff were amazing.
The location is awful, completely isolated. our first room smelled of sewage (they moved us) and the second room didn’t have curtains to cover the window (also rectified). The all inclusive option didn’t include bottled water or any spirits apart from ouzo and the cocktails were dreadful. Poor gym and so many steps and or hills to get anywhere that any kind of physical impairment would have made this an impossible hotel.

we like the pool , the room and jacuzzi perfect
the food 😵💫 4 days the same think we were very sad about the all inclusive thing.

Some off the staff are amazing
And the food was good
It's not all-inclusive as you have to pay for drinks apart for ouzo rakki wine beer and after 11pm

The jacuzzi was amazing, We also liked breakfast and the bed was really comfortable.
The WiFi was not really working, it kept disconnecting when we wanted to connect to it and when it worked, it wouldn’t last for long. Also one night we wanted to go to a bar in the resort to have drinks, but there was only one person working there so it took really long when we were standing in line, so we decided to go back to our room instead.

Food was incredible
Some loud people partying until about 4am

We spent a week here in August 2021 and had an ok time. That pretty much sums the hotel up all round - ok food, ok service, ok rooms, ok amenities.
The staff around the hotel were lovely, always tried their best and very attentive with any request. They've probably had a tough time but it didn't show so chapeaux to them.
One big con for us was the service - only one person at both the pool and hotel bar meant that it was painful to get served a lot of the time.
Another big con was the lack of outside no smoking areas, both in the bar and restaurant area. EVERYONE seemed to smoke at this hotel and there just wasn't a chance to be able to enjoy a drink or meal outside without breathing in smoke. A massive turn off for me and my family. There are two separate outside areas in the bar and restaurant and I find it difficult to see why one of these can't be designated as no smoking. If they aren't available in any of these areas then we have no hope in them around the pool area, especially the kids pool.

Good breakfast, nice view over the sea.
Rooms in the annex building were not in line with 4-stars hotel standards. very small and a bit isolated from the main building with no elevator; however, I asked to change the room to the main building and paid the difference for that.

It had a nice balcony & a comfortable bed, the room was very nice, cool & clean.
The only thing was the shower wasn’t very warm or had much pressure.

We loved everything! The hotel was beautifull and with paradisíac views, the staff was kind, nice and ready for everything! We had all inclusive and it was for the best. The buffet had so much variety at all meals and we could drink all day 'till 23h00. If we go back to Creete and if it' s available, we will have no doubts. Thank you so much!!!
The location was great, beautifull and calm the only problem was That in order to visit other places and going to the centre was very dificult without renting a car.
