Customer service was awful - Aircon broke on switching on and was not offered a change of room on day 1. Was told it would be repaired - it wasn't.

Comfortable and clean... Best place to see the lights on Cercul Militar National. That was a surprise. A room with personality. Best hotel for the best partner. I recommend it. And the staff was professional.

This was my first stay in Romania and I chose Casa Capsa because of its great history and authentic style. And it didn't disappoint - lovely very elegant interiors, helpful, friendly staff and all in all very charming, elegant character. Room was beautifully furnished and quite large (Deluxe) The hotel is located very central so anything you need is close at hand (sights, museums, banks, shops etc.)
Just the bathroom was a little bit outworn and could use a bit of refurbishing - but nothing too dramatic.

Location, room size
Unfriendly staff, terrible bathroom (not possible to shower without flooding the bathroom), plastic shower curtain and rail, outdated decor. Staff scruffy, unsmiling, smoking in corridor etc - added to feeling of not being welcome. Checked in at 5am and paid for 2 nights as hotel "couldn't guarantee an early check-in" - but hotel seemed empty. Overpriced room.

Spacious bed. Well kept environment.
Being harsh: the decor was not attractive

Great location and building. Incredibly cool old vibe as it is located in an 18th-century building.
Even though the hotel has much potential, it desperately needs some restoration. In the end, they say it is a 5-star hotel.

Good location. Comfortable beds.
Unfriendly staff. Poor Wi-Fi connection. Fridge did not work. Poor shower structure so water went on the floor. Small bathroom. Poor room service.

The guy on reception was very helpful and seems to be alone in whole hotel, so was feeling bad about him. You were very helpful and thank you for the help! You are the best!
Housekeeping team destroyed all experience. First too
I got was smelling like toilet. Once they change the room, the t was much better however the sleepers that was in wardrobe was used before me and the key was working for 3 times so went down all the times to change it. Management of hotel need to take housekeeping issue to their consideration otherwise people will look for better place.

Great location and a beautiful boutique hotel, historic landmark with wonderful architecture that takes you back to the XVIII century. Very clean and friendly, professional staff.
Rooms could do with some improvments such as change of carpets and tapestry in places. Also the bar and restaurant should have been open at least for the residents.

Must say that the Hotel was very nice and would like to mention the fantastic staff at the reception Iulian and Andrei as well as George from the patiserrie including the housekeeping. Exceptional and we loved it to bits. Well done. We stayed from 24th of September 22 until the 3rd of October.
Nothing to mention....
