Hotel Boega is a beautiful property superbly located in the rolling hills of Portugal
It does not offer a restaurant. It has a pool bar, which is excellent and run by a wonderful lady who greeted us with a big smile offering to cook for us anything we wanted!

Lovely quaint, quiet hotel. We had a lovely room in main building on 1st floor (no lift), the en suite was tiny. The view from our balcony was fantastic.. The young lady on reception was very helpful and social. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant, not fancy but good home cooking. Plenty of free parking.

Fantastic hotel, ideal for relaxing! Spectacular views and cosy rooms. Very friendly hotel staff, especially in the restaurant! I recommend having lunch and dinner at the hotel, very tasty typical Portuguese food!

Dinner was quite good.
They have decided to offer us dinner, to compensate TV problem.
Of course, we liked the fantastic views, but a hotel can not live only because of the views.
The television was not in the room. After more than one hour, they brought a small and old TV, with no satellite channels.
The room, as an all, is not a room from a 4 stars hotel.

The character and ambience of the historic setting. The view and the gardens. The location
The room was a little small. The sound-proofing was not great.

Beautiful setting in a manor house hotel in the countryside, on the Minho river. Stunning sprawling gardens, vintage pool, felt like a throw back to the late 50’s vibe.
Great breakfast.
Staff irregular but helpful & receptionist went beyond for me!
Firstly I stayed in an un-renovated room in the outside complex which was very dated, & smelled humid. Then I found someone’s hair in my bed...😵 At midnight the lovely receptionist set me up in the last available room, which happened to be in the manor house, a mezzanine room! Felt special experiencing an original medieval room. Bonus; awesome views! HAPPY GUEST 😃 Due to the great experience I stayed an extra night!
