Absolutely fantastic stay with everything we could of needed on hand.

Resort is in an excellent location. Close to shops, the beach and other excursion opportunities such as the beach & water parks. They have both a top pool, where many activities take place, but this seems to be frequented mainly by older patrons. The bottom pools - there is a small pool, ideal for younger ones to splash about in. The largest of the 3 pools is located near to all onsite facilities, shop, bars & restaurants and under cover (yet open) play park for younger children (2-10 years). The selection of bars & restaurants is fantastic. Both pools have one beside them plus there is a selection of various types of restaurants and bars within the complex - something for everyones taste and budget. There are 2 onsite shops selling most needed items such as bread (fresh rolls too), milk, juice, as well as other items, including trinkets and swim aids - Only downside is that they sell pool balls & floating devices but unless the item is needed as a floatation device for safety, you are not permitted to use them in the pool - even if noone else is in it! The room on this occasion was a one bedroomed apartment and although it was suitable for our needs with extremely comfortable beds and all amenities, including clean drinking water on tap, it felt a bit snug compared to what we were used to in our "owned" two bedroomed apartment. The one bed had a small balcony too, which was lovely. We used the sofa bed and it was surprisingly comfortable too. And the kitchen area, although small, had a microwave and oven, as well as a fridge freezer. They even provide soap and dishwasher tablets, cloths, towels. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough to help us from bags to information. 5 stars all round!!!!!

More activities in the bottom pool. And the Creature Club for children to have been open. Presuming as we stayed at the beginning of June, it was not considered peak time yet.

A lovely getaway.

Brilliant location. The room was fit for purpose, well stocked with cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable, good sound proofing.

The pillows and bedding had a damp smell which wasn’t very nice.

Absolutely superb, a great way to relax and enjoy Tenerife

It was very clean and accessible. Had lots of activities and facilities in the complex which were enjoyable. The pool was fantastic

Volveremos.

La comodidad del recinto y del apartamento. Muy completo con menajes de cocina, desechables y artículos/ropa de baño. Me ha gustado mucho la política de reciclaje teniendo papelera para reciclar dentro del apartamento.

Quizás eché en falta una escoba y recogedor en el apartamento para solventar cualquier incidencia. Y por mi parte en horario de verano aumentaría el uso de la piscina hasta las 20h. De resto, muy muy bien.

One of the best

Absolutely fabulous, the accommodation, the location and the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bonus was if you had a late flight home, there were lovely shower facilities available just off reception. Clean towels were also provided. 5 stars Sunset Bay

Good accomodation and facilities.

Good facilities and staff friendly and helpful. Nice apartments.

Prices have gone up considerably this year. Had a bit of a mite infestation in the kitchen. Maintenance came and sprayed which helped but apartment maybe needs deeper clean.

Good location - but disappointed that the resort was not to previous standard when we last stayed

Convenient location

Balcony in shade all day - noisy situated over square which had loud music/bingo from 4pm until 10.30 for 5 out of 7 days - unable to have a siesta even with doors and windows closed far too noisy - our balcony was not cleaned over the 6 week stay either - sunbeds not cleaned and it was a race to secure a sunbed as they were all reserved by 9.15 with no one sitting on them for a good two hours even though the resort policy was not to reserve them

Felt like it was a home from home had plenty of facilities in the room and we didn’t have to ask for anything

Loved it, so close to the beach shops and restaurants.

Really safe gated apartments. Everything you need on site, shop, gym, laundry, pools, darts. Plenty of room for a family of 6 in the 2 bed using the sofa for 2 people.

Only the top pool was heated, would be nice if the second pool was also heated.

the apartment was very good 1 bed 2 tvs,large lounge,kitchen fully fitted out.

the location is down into an alleyway passed pub and snack bars plus table and chairs,with lots of people eating and drinking. smoking is not allowed at the tables, but they smoke very close too. At the entrance to our front door , the bar staff smoked and fed the cat.

Friendly comfortable accommodation for couples and families

Clean comfortable accommodation with helpful and friendly staff.

Can be noisy with live music on site in the evenings, though this did tend to end around ten o'clock.

Well located, lovely modern apartment.

Spotlessly clean, drinking water from the tap! Very modern, big comfy bed, great shower and products, has a dishwasher & safe. Everything was perfect! Location amazing. Will go again!

Wonderful stay in Adeje

Great location for access to the beach, bars and restaurants- just a short walk away. There’s also a taxi rank just before the beach if you wanted to go further afield to los Christianos or Las Americas. We stayed in a studio which was very spacious, and came fully equipped with a kitchenette and large balcony/terrace with sun loungers an a sea view - could even see the sunset from our balcony. Our room also had iron, ironing board and a small table and chairs. Two large pools and plenty of restaurants and bars within the resort. We only used one of the restaurants during our stay but the lady there was really friendly and welcoming, and the food was very good. The hotel staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The WhatsApp communication they have is helpful so you don’t have to walk upto reception and can just communicate via that.

It can get quite noisy at times, both with the daytime and nighttime actives (nighttime ones can go on til around midnight, which we only realised when we tried to have an early night), but most of the time we were out late ourselves so wasn’t too much of an issue. Would still recommend.

Only one downfall is other people putting towels on sunbeds to reserve them and then not returning for long periods of time

Amazing

Very clean and beautiful rooms. We had a really nice view from the 2nd floor. Can not wait to go back already. If you don’t want to venture out there is always night time entertainment in the square.

The staff at both pool bars were friendly and welcoming.

Cockroach infestation in our room, when asked to move rooms we were told no, then I went the following day to beg to move, they couldn’t move us that day but they did move us the day after. We were charged €35 which we had no choice but to pay because we needed to move. Disgusting.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed previously & would be happy to stay again. Thank You.

Location of the place was ideal for us. Being given a ground floor room worked well for us. The square with the bars & entertainment was great.

The life guard didn't know how to work the chair hoist for getting in the top pool so that didn't give my husband confidence for trying to get in the water etc. Plus maybe the life guard should've got in the water with us?
