Really great place

The bar facilities were excellent. The pool was lovely. The apartments were lovely and staff were very helpful

The only issue with the pool we had was our lads weren't allowed to use balls or anything in the pool except for 2 hours a day even if there was on one else in the pool.

Very relaxing and very friendly staff,

The hotel is spotless, all the staff are so friendly and accommodating, great location, food was very good at the bar, one morning I had ordered the breakfast and went back to my patio and they dropped it over so nice of them. I cannot rate this property enough I have been going there for the last few years now and it only gets better, very peaceful and relaxing, booked again for November.

Lack of towel changes eg every 3 days not acceptable when using hand bath & bath mats morn noon & night for 3 days before change ..

A really nice trip!

Staff very friendly and helpful and facilities were great. Full kitchen if you want to cook, nice shower, comfortable beds, washing machines & dryer available onsite. All very clean and kept well. Sunbeds were comfy too - they have new cushions. Also can rent towels for a nominal fee which is great. And location is lovely and quiet.

It's a small bit tight when the sofa bed is made up but still nice.

The pool attendant never had the pool open and ready on time and was also keen to close in an evening.

Lovely relaxing stay

Lovely location.Rooms very comfortable with everything you need and some nice extras too such as dish washer and filtered water tap.We requested a top floor room and this was granted.The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly.

I didn't like having to book a sunbed as you couldn't pick where you wanted to be but as we had a balcony with sunbeds on it it wasn't too much of a problem as we did our sunbathing on there.

Staff were good

The smell of deep fat fried food,the extra charge for moving us to apartment with balcony even though it was what we requested in the beginning and had already paid for. No change of linen mid week.

It was a great location for a family, was close to food and entertainment, very clean facilities and very friendly staff, will definitely recommend it to others.

There was just entertainment at the weekend. The pool lounger reservations were split into just 2 slots.

Enjoyable as always.

The bar/restaurant offer a good selection of food and are very accommodating. We have stayed at this place several times and overall is good. The location is great and is 10 mins from the airport by taxi. The staff are helpful.

The cleanliness of the apartment overall was good, but I don’t expect to find clumps of someone’s hair in the sitting area or bathroom. There was dust and fluff under the beds and bedside tables.

A cozy place close to the beach

A relatively small and cozy hotel located close to the beach. Our appartement was comfortable for a family with a toddler and 2 bigger kids. Our toddler slept in a baby bed in our room, thus we didn't use the sleeping couch in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. There was some coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. Also 2 dishwasher tablets (we could buy more at the reception for 50 cents each). The swimming pool was mostly empty as others guests enjoyed sunbathing more than swimming. We got sunbeds without reservation whenever we wanted. Our kids liked the playcorner outside, small but yet nice. The hotel complex was quiet and neat. The hotel bar had a good choice of food for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay!

The swimming pool rules aren't friendly for families with children. The floatables are allowed only between 11-12 and 16-17, outside of these hours the kids could swim but when they started splashing water the guard told them they can't play. They weren't allowed to use jacuzzi even if we were the only ones using the pool (it was pretty cold). In general there were mainly older people, almost no families which probably made the hotel so quiet :)

Great location, beautiful complex.

Staff very friendly and the Complex very clean. The apartment had everything you needed, so clean and fresh towels and sheets every few days. The staff in the Baily bar was so nice. The food was topclass. Compliments to all the staff.

Really nice, the staff are very helpful. The pool heated. The small house we had was well-equipped.

It was all really nice. The staff are all very helpful. The pool heated, something that is important in February. There is a restaurant on site that does meals and drinks, although we did not use it as the small house we had, had a relatively well-equipped kitchen area. From the small house we had we could look out and see the beach and see which was really nice. This was the second time we had visited this complex and can therefore say that the small houses are very much the same as the two bedroom apartments, except bigger with an extra bath room.
