The service of Dias hotel is very warm, the front desk Eleanna is very nice, Breakfast is also carefully ordered by the boss himself, the hotel is located in the old city, the travel is convenient and the parking is relatively close to convenient luggage handling, the overall experience is excellent.

Fine
The bed was too firm

Very nice breakfast. Everything homemade and varied.
Room was large and functional, but also older and needed some TLC. We could not open the window for fresh air because the screen was torn and let bugs in. Unfortunately, sound carried from room above.

We were in the centre of all the restaurants and the castle. The breakfast was great and the host was very informative.
4.3
The hotel is very authentic and beautifully decorated. The rooms have all comfort available. The breakfast was the best we had on our roundtrip, and even of multiple travels. Fresh orange juice, bacon and egg, Greek salad, and a lot of home made local specialities. It was a perfect start of the day.

Homemade breakfast was very tasty
Wi-Fi worked most of the time but could be unstable at times

Great staff, very helpful. The receptionist gave us a city map with notes and recommended restaurants. Walking distance from everything you might need. The room was clean and they have a nice breakfast that includes homemade pies, jams and sweets. I highly recommend it

Wifi can be a bit unstable.

I had a good time in Nafplio thanks to Diaz. The family-run hotel is very convenient to the old town. The room was very clean. Everyone in Diaz was very helpful and they helped me to contact a taxi driver to Mycenea and made my trip perfect. Breakfasts were so good that they were the best ones I had in Greek hotels.
The room I stayed in was not big. The staff had difficulties understanding my nationality, making me feel a bit unrespectful.
4.3
Location was perfect at edge of old town and short walk to sights and restaurants around. On a pedestrian street in a very old traditional wooden building.Very close to bus stop so convenient for day trips.
Staff were friendly and very helpful with information etc.
The old room was a good experience and authentic but felt a bit cramped and dark, especially as I was not feeling well when I was there.
4.3
Friendly staff and delicious breakfast - all homemade and local dishes, very tasty.

The breakfast was totally homemade and very tasty, the location is just perfect and the room was very big. The staff was particularly polite and nice!
We will definitely be back.
Our room specifically, didn't have a nice view but we were staying for one night and we didn't mind at all. If this would be a problem for someone else I would suggest you ask for a room with a balcony. I am sure they will be very happy to accommodate you.

The hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Close to the old city, clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds.
No parking. But if you want to stay at a hotel I. the old town it is difficult to find a hotel with parking.
4.3
The breakfast was excellent, homemade good quality with fresh products, fresh orange juice and good coffee. The owners were lovely. We also had heavy luggage to carry to the first floor (no elevator) but they helped us out.
A bit difficult to find parking close by at peak summer season but the owners gave us several options.
4.3
Dias hotel is well located in the Old town of Napflio - a short distance to the beach, the sites and restaurants and bars. The thing that sets this hotel apart from the rest is the exceptional hospitality of the owners and staff - and the home made breakfast! You must try the Spanikopita - the owner Mikali even gave us some take away slices for our day trip!

The staff is AMAZING, everyone from the reception to the lady who served breakfast. The property is ok, little bit outdated, don't expect much, location is great and the staff is very friendly, helpfull and always smiling, so definetly would recomend them

very good service and breakfast
great location
back facing rooms have only little view

The location was perfect for a short trip to Nafplio. The fortress was right outside of the property. The bus stop that connects Nafplio to other big cities in Greece is also extremely close by. Furthermore the hosts were super friendly and kind.
The only thing we didn’t like to much was the damaged shower. It should also be noted that currently there is construction work going on outside the hotel. it’s obviously not the hotels fault but it can get a bit louder.
4.3
We had the Triple room, 1 king size bed and 1 twin with balcony.
Friendly owner gave suggestions on places to go in and near town.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful with Homemade yoghurt, Homemade spanikopita, Homemade jams, and Homemade cake. There was also breads, eggs, meat and cheese selections.
The hotel is in the heart of old town. We found parking on the street near the hotel or there is free parking at the port, which is a 6 minute walk.
4.3
Friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location
The breakfast dosent start until 8.30am. I had to leave at 8am on my last day which meant I couldnt have this option. Usually breakfast starts around 7am, particularly on a weekday!
4.3
I loved the breakfast, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the people. Each room is named after one of the ancient Greek gods, which is a nice touch. The decor is very nice.
Leaving.

Our one night stay at Dias was wonderful. We are a family of four and found the Poseidon room very spacious for us. The view from the balcony is great as you can see the castle. The room was quiet and we slept very well. The beds were extremely comfortable unlike a comment I had read before booking. Also, the bathroom is newly renovated. Breakfast was great with fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade pies and marmalades. The hotel is in the middle of where you need to be. We would love to come back!
