The worst hotel experience I have ever had

The pools were nice

They broke an expensive special bottle wine. The beach was awful Midgie bugs have left scars over my legs The Chinese guests too many in rooms and were noisy during the night

The room is big，balcony facing the sea。The staffs are all very nice👍🏻 Breakfast is good too。It is very near The Sanctuary of Truth Museum（10 mins walking to its main entrance）。The Gym is wonderful，it has a big sauna room。Two huge swimming pools（although the design were not quite right，that if you need to go to 1m depth，you need to swim across 1.85m first？）。Although its location is quite away from city，it is very near and cheap to Grab to Terminal21 etc。It has a lot of 7-11 and nice restaurants around，so no problem get food。

The wifi was either very weak，or always drop👎🏻 The bed is not very comfortable （but acceptable）。 Worst is the air-con was quite noisy and not very cold，perhaps because the room is quite big。Overall it is still good to stay if you have your own data plan。

I made the best of it but wouldn't go back or recommend this hotel.

The massage at the pavilion was the highlight of my stay. The ladies were so nice and the massages were only 400 Baht for a 60-minute oil massage! Best massage I've had in Thailand. Too bad that was the only thing!

Drawn in by attractive images and a low price, I booked this hotel, only to be disappointed. Getting to it was difficult due to its remote location. The lobby was spacious with an 80s vibe, and the staff was efficient but impersonal. The room was sizable but poorly maintained with worn furniture, a dirty fridge, and a neglected bathroom. There was even leftover food on the nightstand. The beach view was lovely, with great sunrises, and the beach restaurant had an appealing setting, but service was poor and the staff was unfriendly. Bugs were a nuisance, and when a fly landed in my wine, the server simply removed it rather than replacing the glass. The pool was filled with kids and it was very warm and not refreshing. The hotel's Wi-Fi was unreliable and the power outlets were inconvenient. On day 2, the entire street lost power for an hour and a half. As a vegetarian, I found their buffet to be unaccommodating and they wouldn't even let me pay buffet price for a container to go, and my room service breakfast was underwhelming. In summary, while the low price and beach view was ok, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar amenities were significant drawbacks. My advice: invest in a higher-quality stay for a truly enjoyable getaway. I had to wash my hands every time I turned on the bathroom lights!

Disappointed

Location is fine, facilities such as the pool and beach club are nice

there was a lot of dust, and accessing the place was complicated due to construction. The room was dirty, it was clear that cleaning was done in a rush. there was hair in the bathtub!

The Zign Villa is recommended for travellers with children. Seasonal problems with sea may occure.

I stayed at Zign Premium Villa with my family and my son's family (4 adults and children aged 11 and 3) for a week in early March 2023. The villa has a set of well decorated and very comfortable two-store houses and we occupied one of them. The staying was perfect, the territory is green and quiet, rooms were well-cleaned daily, the breakfast was perfect (including seafood stuff). The pool on the territory of Villa is clean and well-equipped (please note that the pool doesn't work after 19:00. It's pity but seems to be a widespread rule for many hotels in Pattaya). The Villa is situated in 10 minutes by taxi from the city center so we had no problems with the access to city attractions. There are several good cafees and restorants neaby and many convenient stores and small fruit bazaars to buy foodstuff. The Sanctuary of Truth is located in 10 minutes walking. There are several quite good beaches nearby. Many guests were with beautiful dogs and our children were happy to pet them.

The only sad thing was the condition of the sea. The hotel's (The Zign's) beach is located in 100 meters from the Villa. It's big, clean and well-equipped but empty due to the fact that the sea was muddy and with a lot of seaweed. Tip: The nearest good Bamboo beach is in 15-20 minutes walking.

The location is not very close to the center. The beach is small and not good suited for swimming.

nice seaviews

big and clean rooms seaview rooms, all lifts functioning (i think 5 in total), wasnt able to use the pools coz it was under the shade in the afternoon, scared the water might be cold for us. Staff speak english and polite.

made a mistake of booking for 3 pax should only be for me and my daughter, the hotel should be able to adjust the price accordingly. also there was a wedding going on and you could feel the base and hear the music all the way up to the 9th floor until 11:30pm. no english movie channels. no netflix or that sort. the beach water is murky brown color.

villa is not looking 5star. its a decent deluxe villa with comfortable staff

Garden! its amazing.. well maintained .. swimming pools is quite big & its clean. the staffs are vey humble..

locations, very far away from central, there is no transport & attraction nearby. the breakfast is not continental . mostly all of the dishes are something pork

Expected better experience

The parking was full. when i asked what to do they told me to park outside. Its not a 5 star property. Its a 4 star. The rooms are not upto mark and the property is overpriced.

run down hotel needs deep cleaning, hand prints all over the hotel glass doors and walls. need more supervision on the maintenance.

the room have some smell yes it is a villa for dog but you allow under 10 kg. i saw big dog more than 15 kg . so it smell bad. if you charge more you should have deeply clean
