Comfortable with security

There was no Breakfast at the Hotel but the manager did fulfill our request for additional blankets in general no complaints from me

All of the blinds are damaged and inoperable bedroom sliding door not operational either otherwise ok 👍

Need some money put into it

Spacious rooms, has lifts to get upstairs. Despite the functional issues, the beds were comfy, couch was comfy, fridge was good size. A few little staples in the pantry. Plenty of plates, glasses etc

So many things to list. In the apartment we stayed in, the door key didn't work, thankfully the caretaker was quick to help. But the kettle didn't work, the dishwasher was broken (worked but was broken, ie button sticking so beeping constantly), dryer was broken, no nice little soaps, we got big open ones that you have no idea who has used or really what is even in them. Fronts of air cons needed cleaning, broken picture on wall. Walking to the apartment constant smell of cigar or cigarette, thankfully can't smell it in the apartment. Stairs to the back pool are rotting. Parking height limit which is not advertised so Street parking required.

Conveniently located and all cutlery, crockery etc supplied. Good covered and secure car park supplied. Comfortable apartment.

Large outside deck, but not good for relaxing in. High bar type table and four chairs and a day bed neither convenient for sitting on to relax and read. this could be easily fixed by owner.

Apartment was suitable for our needs. Would have liked it a bit cleaner

Location was suitable for our trip.

There were cockroaches and lots of ants. Tv was hard to function.

big spaces. lovely pool. friendly staff

- we had free wifi but it didn’t work unless you sat near the foyer . our room was clean & tidy however the chemical/cleaning products smell was very overwhelming.

Very basic unit but very clean quiet unit lacked information for tours things to do and restaurants, but otherwise ok beds were CHEAP AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Close to beach car ride to to restaurants.

Washing machine nowas a nitemare needs replacing and was smelly.

Location Parking Internal laundry Well kept outside shared areas and clean swimming pools. Easy disposal of rubbish and recycling.

airconditioning units needed cleaning Noisy unclean overhead fans. Main bedroom fan didn't work properly. No wifi available in the apartment. A/C exhaust unit on balcony made this area unbearably hot and unusable, sadly this area contained the only table and chairs for meals, except for two barstools at the kitchen bench. 6 guests in a three bedroom apartment.

Disappointing. Photos on Booking.com very different to reality. False advertising.

The location was great. The manager was very polite and helpful

Furnishings were very basic and cheap. No pictures on walls, a clock, that didn't work, bathrooms very small, old and outdated. Toiletries cheap,. Bedroom furniture cheap, window coverings broken. Grout in floors needs proper cleaning. Some shade could be provided in the pool areas

Terribly disappointing

Not much

Terribly disappointed with thhs place. The photos online did not represent the apartment we stayed in, it was sparsly furnished, the fridge leaked the dishwasher didnt work , the washing machine barely washed after after a 3 hour cycle, the blanket to main bedroom was stained oooohhh, the photos showed a nice outdoor setting and BBQ and there is no WIFI. In my opinion a reputable company like bookings.com should not be false advertising a place like this.

Very good

It was a good size with plenty of room to move. We had two bathrooms and a a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining set.

It was a bit noisy outside at night. There was road traffic and people having late night parties.
