The views were amazing, right on the lakeside too. Private pool. Covered parking and plenty of it. Proximity to Maderno. The girl checking us in was kind enough to let us re-freeze our cold packs overnight.
Location wasn't too bad, just outside (North) of Maderno but you couldnt walk there. It wasn't far (probably 3km to the Southern part with the restuarants etc) it's just that there are no footpaths and the road is busy / not lit. The hotel doesn't serve food but we weren't expecting to eat here. We went into Maderno which is lovley and the food / drink prices here are very reasonable too. Parking in town was free after 6pm. The hotel is/was very nice but it's looking a little dated and tired in some areas. We stayed in the Annex which needs a bit of a makeover or some TLC at the very least - it looks much nicer in the advert. Clean and comfy mind. The hot tub next to the pool looks lovely in the advertised photos but wasnt working. It was empty, dirty and had some stagnant water in the bottom of it. Doesn't look like it's been used in a while. The pool on arrival was full of vegetation too, from the plants / shrubs surrounding it. That said, we did see someone clean it in the morning. The pool is ok but if you've kids be aware it isnt closed / locked off at night. Breakfast was very basic and I couldnt find how to get a coffee so I went without. There is a kettle / fridge and tea/coffee in the room though. There is a bar in the main hotel building but it doesnt look to have been open for a very long time. There were newspapers hanging up but they were dated 2022. I'm not convinced it was worth what we paid (€177) for one night therefore I don't believe we had value for money.

Villa’s location with a view on a mountain and a nice place for a breakfast. The hostess was very helpful and kind also, thanks for that.
The location. You can get there only by car, this is the only one minus.
4.2
Outstanding views from our room overlooking Lake Garda.
The location is perfect for a walking/hiking trip. Very reasonably priced. Close to supermarket and a few little places to eat and drink.
We drove and got take away, which wasn’t a problem to take back to the hotel. Very cheap take away and really nice food.
I’d recommend hiring a car if you are there to explore. No taxi’s out of season.
Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast, I’d say it’s the best breakfast I’ve ever had based on the views only. It was so romantic and just amazing.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. Such a lovely lady who looked after us during our stay. She went above and beyond to help us.

Very friendly host
Beautiful place
Relaxed vibe with the lake and the pool and the garden.
Good breakfast
The city is lovely with many great restaurants
4.2
it was excellent
There is a new restaurant inside the hotel, which made it a bit hard since the hotel is a bit far from the main city when it comes to walking but close in car

stunning location. Easy parking. Lovely staff. Quiet at night. outstanding breakfast
coming from the south it was easy to miss the turning. A sign 250m before would help. Shame they don’t do dinner

Everything was absolutely great! Amazing place to stay. Highly recommended. Fantastic location by the lake. Outdoor pool, free covered parking place, huge garden. Clean and well equipped room with balcony and view to the lake. Tasty breakfast. Very kind and friendly staff.

Top location right at the beach of Lake Garda. Large garden, big pool, great view from the terrazza and the balconies. Good breakfast and also excellent dinner.
The shower experience in the bathroom of our suite would have been significantly improved with a solid glass door. The mounted shower curtain is a no-go for such a house.

outstanding location
the rooms are dated and were not the cleanest.

A wonderful place, located on the shores of Lake Garda. Easy entrance, generous parking, very well maintained yard, overlooking the lake. Tiziana-our host, extraordinary. Kind, full of life, she was always smiling. Very good breakfast, clean inside and out, clean pool. And the spectacular picnic! Grazzie mile, Tiziana!
Everything was great!
4.2
Customer Service / Communication from Tiziana was excellent pre arrival and during our stay there.
Location and view was exceptional...makes us want to go back for a longer stay next time!
Breakfast - there was a great variety of cold buffet food laid out to suit all tastes - meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, cereals, pastries, roasted veg and a couple of home made tarts - yummy - fruits and fruit juices (Tiziana even informed us what to expect when we checked in and asked if that would fit in with our dietary needs).
The building itself oozes a historic charm......
The people we met at the hotel were regulars - and I can understand why!
An overnight stay (which it was for us) does not do it justice!
Not a criticism, but just so that future guests are pre-warned and dont get stressed!
The entrance/exit to the hotel from the main road - drive slowly as you approach it after the Hotel Sign. Getting out can also be a bit tricky.
4.2
the location is good as it is right on the lake
the staff at the property is rude and frankly nasty and very ill mannered. she should be replaced immediately

De ligging is supermooi !

the view from the room was great and that is it.
At first the air conditioner did not work and had to be fixed.
The wifi does not work at all.
Although it says there is an actual hot tub it does not work.
When we wanted a towel for the pool they said it was 5 euros per person.
The curtains in the room are dirty and with holes.
The furniture is very old.
The pool is cold.
We asked for another blanket like the one on the bed and they did not have one.
it’s not close to anything, and you can’t access anything by walk because it is too dangerous.
4.2
room was nice
balcony good size
view exellent
breakfast good
the bed sheet was too small and did not go under the mattress. just need bigger sheets .
4.2
Continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had ! The breakfast tables were laid out lovely. The setting for this hotel is outstanding. The grounds are well maintained too.
Wish the pool had have been open & available to take advantage o the fantastic weather we were blessed with.
