Being so near to a metro stop, it helped a lot with moving from one place to another
It's nice that they include breakfast, but it wasn't that good in my opinion

The location is good because is very near the station to move into the city, also they changed our room from smoke room to no. Smoking very friendly staff
The breakfast have to change everyday becuase we stay 6 nights and were tired always the same bread, the same egg in the same way, nothing change day per day, and the bed are very small for two people.

Close to Shin Osaka Station. They had smoking room initially but immediately changed to non-smoking room when I asked. I also enjoyed completely breakfast.
