Garden and location are amazing, staff is REALLY REALLY helpful.
No free towels, bathroom in the dorm is too small (on the other hand they have 3 more bigger bathrooms on the floor)

The person in reception really explained all about the place and the city, in so much detail that from all my years traveling around the world I have never had such good explanation, congratulations
The Brazilian girl who cleans does a great job. Very clean, congratulations too
It feels like home, the bathroom is very clean and white. Very close to many places to eat. Laundry is next to the building.
During my stay there was only me and other roommate, so I was very lucky and had time to rest. The room was for 8 ppl, so I was very thankful that we were only 2.
Train station is very close, so you don't have to wake much with your luggage. Same for taking the bus, is close by. I went to Nazareth from here and the bus was just 2 blocks away, 4 minutes. So the location is very convenient

Location.
Shower was broken.

The managers, staff were clear, helpful, excellent spirit. The building is older, but with excellent facilities: outside patio with tables and chairs, inside sitting room with TV, dining room, computer setup with 3 computers, iron and ironing board, kitchen, multiple bathroom- toilet options, free phone for local calls...
Not like is a little strong, but less than ideal could be: Bunk beds a little tight, the space between bottom and top. No stove only microwave, though otherwise quite adequate kitchen.

Location, good. Staff, friendly and helpful.
Smokers everywhere. Cats inside and out. Didn’t clean the room 1 day, probably due Sabbath? We No breakfast, no towels. All of the other hostels I stayed in, in Israel provided towels and breakfast.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the place is so pretty, the location couldn't be better. This time, our 3rd stay, we had a big room on the ground floor with a lovely veranda. We got instant help with our hot water problem, friendly advice on where to have breakfast, really a great place.
Hmm, nothing! Maybe just that, like everything else, it's gotten pretty expensive for what it is and should be - a comfy budget place from which to experience all the fun of Haifa.

Location meant that we had a short walk to catch a bus on Ben Gurion Avenue to the Bahá'í World Centre. As a result most mornings we had a superb view of the Shrine of The Báb from Ben Gurion. Other days we were picked up close to the hotel on a tour bus. Breakfast not provided but small supermarket next door provided an adequate start to the day. Hotelier did his best to help in retrieving a suitcase lost by the airline.

The location suited my needs and the room was clean and had working air conditioning, and WiFI access.
My needs were pretty basic: just a place to sleep at night. So from that perspective it was fine, but it was nothgin more than that.
This is a very basic accomodation option. A room with two single beds, bathroom and air conditioning. The TV did not work and directly outside the room door was a construction yard (as they seem to be busy with renovations). It's more like a hostel than a hotel.
There was no breakfast included, nor was there any option to get breakfast. perhaps not a problme as there are many cafes an drestaurants in the area. The other reviews I read about this locatio mentioned great breakfasts so that was not my experince at all.
It is also priced rather high in my opinion and I had expected a lot better facilities for the money.

Clean and receptionist very helpful and friendly.
It was being refurbished (outside/communal areas) and so we were not able to access these areas. in the heat when you want to be somewhere comfortable - we had to stay in our room (s) when you want to be able to sit in a nicer area. We felt confined there. I understand that all hotels need to do this work but then rooms should be cheaper as recompense that not all facilities are available.

very friendly staff - I got an upgrade to a room with a bathroom for free
WiFi did not always work in my room (but downstairs yes)

Location is good, we didn't eat breakfast.
It seemed that everything would be more exotic, but we probably didn't get into those rooms.
