Quiet and peaceful.
The bath tub could be better. It was placed quite high which makes it hard to step in. Water spills out of the tub and drained to the floor which make it slippery.

4.0
Very helpful staff and specious room. Nicely located next to the river and with present swimming pools and resting areas.
A little bit remote to the tourist area but compensated with very fair prices.

Room was not cleaned, the beds were not made. The water and amenities were not replenished.
The floor was dusty.
The service used to be better.
4.0
Area, location close to the waterfall
Breakfast changed to non-buffet and can order only one menu for one person. We ask one more that made staff wasn’t happy and reluctant to do.
3.0
The creek next to the resort, staff are helpful and take action quickly.
Most of facility in the room is so old and hideous. There's mold on the wall in the room I booked. I had to ask to change the room. This hotel needs renovation asap for the old building

very good location by the creek
a bit run down room & facilities

Design, decoration, furnitures
Toilet. Bathtub maybe not suitable for aging guests, it’s quite slippery because there were marble stairs to step up into the tub.

Nice view with streamside sound to relax. Creek room is big and comfortable. surrounded by big trees. good decorations in Thai style.
Used to be perfect for 6-7 years ago but now seems like lack of good care and maintenance. Facilities in public area get old , lot of dust on sofa and fungi on pillows. 2 swimming pools not clean enough.

location near the river. green area. good for relax in peaceful moment
not quite clean as expect, I found the rats in the room, resort did not take good care for readiness before we check in. I found the empty UHT milk box in drawer of desk which has been bite by rats. and at the night time. rats came out to find food. I sound their noise.

Good location!
I was very impressed when I visited this hotel about 3 years ago. But I will never ever make another trip there again after this visit. The hotel was not well maintained. The room was not clean—the bed sheets stung, and the bathroom was filthy. The staff, especially at the reception and breakfast, were not friendly. We had enough after one night's stay. Anyhow, we paid a reasonable price of 2300 THB per room for 2 nights.

The staff were very nice, especially the waitress at the restaurant.
The rooms were very old and everything inside was very worn. They need to take better care of the rooms. It just looked like a sad, tired room. There was no maintenance or upkeep at all. They ran out of so many things when we tried to order at the restaurant. The spa treatments we're not good. No value for the price we paid.

Gave us a room upgrade which was nice but the term shabby chic is bandied about. It was that. Thai style rooms. Good airflow and nice location next to the river. Balcony overlooking the River was lovely
. Was more shabby than chic. The toilet was temperamental and asked to fix but was the same after fixing. The room was eclectic and some things nice, some tings very shabby. Was upgraded To pool villa but could not use the pool as it was half full and covered in bugs. Not cleaned in our 2 nights there.

Chose this hotel for a rural night stop and for its stream side setting. It is quite close to the main Bangkok - Korat road but still in a rural area so seemed ideal. Booked an Oriental wing room and it was as expected from the photos and reviews that I read. Once you get over the initial WOW factor on entering the room and especially the bathroom which was huge, you realise that it is a bit tired and in need of some maintenance. But it was comfortable and nice. The grounds are nice with several places to sit beside the stream and enjoy the natural setting - spoilt slightly by the neighbouring properties on the other side of the stream and their plumbing (Thai blue plastic pipes!!). Dinner was very good in the restaurant, and breakfast the next morning was nice also. The staff were charming and I got the impression that they were very proud of their resort and wanted to make sure you enjoyed it. The Creek rooms looked interesting - more modern style in a separate building by the pool. The hotel grounds were pleasant too. It had been raining earlier in the day when we arrived which made everything feel more natural in a way but put some restrictions on where you could sit as everything was wet. On a dry day I could imagine it being even more lovely.
The room needed some maintenance. For example, in the bathroom there was a lot of limescale on the floor near the toilet, almost blocking the drain there, and also on the bidet hose. This was unsightly to say the least. The main tap by the washbasin was loose. Even the shaving mirror was wonky due to a loose nut underneath the base (I tightened it up!!). Other areas around the property also showed a need for a bit more attention - loose paving slabs, rotting woodwork - but to be fair these could be due to the general slowdown that the current Covid restrictions have caused for the hotel and the industry.
When you stay in rural hotels in Thailand you expect some of these things as the norm, but Ndol Streamside Thai Villas is pitching above the norm so really they need to pay attention to things like this to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Having said all that, I would go back and stay again if I was in the area.

Been here before 3 times and always found it to be an excellent little hotel, this time was a different experience. Maybe due to the last 2 years of Covid but the hotel was not in keeping with what we experienced previously, swimming pools looked unfit to use, room starting to show its age, breakfast was set menu with limited choice.
It’s a shame because we really like the hotel, I would give them the benefit of doubt and stay again once things get back to normal and the owner has had chance to put some funds back into the upkeep of such a lovely little hotel.
More shabby than chic, swimming pools looked to be dirty and unusable for my young daughter. Room and bathroom showing it’s age.
No buffet breakfast due to Covid restrictions.
