Je ne reprendrais pas

Personnel aimable

Pas de parking , mal situé sur les hauteurs de la ville, pas de déjeuner style buffet, pas de chaînes télé françaises. Chambre petite sans aucune vue.

Decent no frills accommodation well located for everything. Ideal for an overnight stay in Cadaques.

The hotel is well located close to the centre of Cadaques for restaurants and bars and to the seafront also not too far from Port Llegat a short walk away in the opposite direction. Staff were friendly & accommodating. It's a family run business so feels quite friendly & cosy. Breakfast IS included though it was a bit on the small side.

The breakfast was nice but very light. Described as ´breakfast included´we were expecting more food. My partner & I were still hungry after and could have eaten a lot more. Considering the price of the rooms it felt a little small with only a choice of sandwich or croissant and one piece of fruit plus one juice and one coffee/tea. A bit more food would have been good maybe a small buffet selection to help yourself more for the more hungry people!? pastries, croissants, bread, cheese, fruit, yoghurts etc? I get that breakfast isn't big in Spain or France but other hotels at a similar price with breakfast included in the area offer that as standard. In the room there is kettle but no coffee or tea selection just one kind of tea. My older parents thought there could have had more selection plus sugar & small milk capsules for those who take those would be appreciated. Of the 2 rooms we booked at same price one was significantly nicer than the other which felt older or not as recently decorated, in this room the air-conditioning was also placed in an odd position by the door away from the main part of the room so it was perhaps not as effective as it could have been.

okay for the price, but not exceptional

the breakfast was nice and good, the two bedroom was a bit small, but standard.

unfortunately the sheets of my bed had stains and were dirty! we arrived by bike and there is no possible to store bikes somewhere inside over night. so we had to lock them outside on the street.

My wife and I had a really good time in Cadaqués and the sites for touring were outstanding.

Breakfast was fine. It consisted of coffee, orange juice, a sandwich, either cheese or cheese and ham, or a croissant, and finally either a yogurt or a fruit for dessert. The owners bent over backwards in order to satisfy any whim that you might have.

It was a bit difficult to find La Fonda, but once we did, it was a great location to get to downtown or to go to Salvador Dali’s home.

Bad

We did not!

We arrived to be told that our bikes were not allowed however there was nothing in the policy, we were then told we could not leave until 8am the next morning as nobody would be there to let us out? So we are locked in the property? we ended up booking a new place the man was so rude.

Hotel with an excellent location to the lovely village and helpful staff, let down by a small room with poor sound insul

Location and the staff we’re excellent. The dining area was also nice.

The sound insulation for adjoining bathroom plumbing and room noise is poor. The bedding is synthetic and doesn’t breath. The window opens low over the bed. The breakfast is limited.

Clean, very small room with good location.

Very comfortable beds. Great AC that worked perfect and also quietly. Very clean, both the room and the breakfast room. Good location with ok distance to the harbour. Surroundings are quiet.

The room we had was very very small. we had to squeeze ourselves to the wall to pass between the beds. We had som good laughs and some crazy photos. There was absolutely no view from the room, except the house on opposite side of the street. Parking is far away (10 minutes walking uphill).

Good value for price. We enjoyed the hostal for a short stay in Cadaqués. Great location and nice continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and we found a free parking close by.

The room was very small, we could barely move but for one night it was completely ok.

Wonderful location, simple clean and comfortable, just at the edge of the bustle

The breakfast was simple and delicious and the staff very accommodating and warm. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Good bathroom.

A nice stay in Cadaques.

Clean room with comfortable beds. We were able to watch Netflix on the TV through our Netflix account.

Breakfast began at 0900.

very fine for a 2-star hotel. I was looking for a 3-star (but everything was fully booked), so the rooms where a bit smaller than I had wanted, but for a 2-star, it was perfect

Staff was very nice and everything was very clean.

The mattress! Uncomfortable, the type that gets the shape of your body and you can't really move. The room was a bit small but that was ok.
