בריכה גדולה ונוף מדהים, חדר מרווח, נקי
מקום מבודד, צריך להזמין טרנספר אם לא שוכרים רכב או סקוטר, אין חוף

Staff were friendly
No mini bar in room
Aircon not good
Had problem with safe in the room as it wouldn’t lock or work. Maintenance man didn’t know how to fix it. Spent 30 minutes just pressing the same buttons repeatedly, which was frustrating to see. So no security for valuables.
My safe had a key with it that was for a different room! Wifi didn’t work
No bar.

Spectacular location; low lying resort hotel situated at the foot of limestone outcrops, with 3 pools and its own beach should you want to use it. A minibus takes you into town at regular intervals. Our room was impeccable and comfortable. The staff were delightful and helpful, most especially the two guest relations managers. Well recommended if you are heading to Krabi
Catering was a bit of a let down. No bar. One restaurant with food choices on a board and if the resort was empty, there seemed to be no restaurant and a trip to the local town was required. Food quality was generally good and generous. They helpfully catered to our gluten intolerance which was appreciated.

Good price for the room what we had. There are private jacuzzi. Good stuff. Nice location, wonderful view from hotel and near to Ao Nang centre and boardwalk.
It is not very clean and good equipment quality. Maybe because it was no season

Staff were so helpful and always available for our questions
Bit too far out but if you want a retreat to relax - this is ideal
4.0
The natural surroundings. It's not a beach resort.
You want calm and quiet surrounded by mountain on one side and the ocean on another plus lush green manicured garden, then this is the place.
It has 3 beautiful pools and excellent staff.
If you want the beach, you can take a hotel provided ride to Ao Nang beach.
Safety and cleanliness.
The safe provided in the room is too small. The internal phone system did not work.
Shower attachment rod came off the wall.
Towels are torn and needed replacement. Ants in the room.
Too many steps on the property which are not lit at night properly. Need to be careful walking around.
I almost cracked my head on the headboard while trying to rest on the bed. Wrong design.
Place is beautiful but needs professional help to turn this place to a true resort.

Stunning resort bordered by limestone karsts and the ocean. Very clean spacious rooms, 3 big pools, friendly reception and free shuttle into town. Short boat ride to Railay and car ride to Ao Nang.
- Maintenance issues, like the broken gazebo, bikes and blocked drain.
- Staff didn't speak much English
- Shuttle wasn't reliable
- No vegetarian food and far from local restaurants

nice view
no food available, no beach, no bar, poor breakfast

Service persons are always available and there for you.
The location of the room was luxury.
I though that the transport service in the fixed time would have been a problem, but actually they have been flexible more than a couple of time. Then everything was good.
Some of them don't know English, but nobody knows it very well so it's enough to use Google translator for basic question. The wifi is always there to support

Everything was superb: the location, the stuff, the service, room! I would strongly recommend everyone to stay there.

Free upgrade, nice breakfast, perfect location.

stunning location
we had to go out for food. The restaurant was open only for breakfast
3.5
The stuff are just great. They will try their best to accommodate any request and will make an effort to make your stay as good as possible. Really they were exceptional
Well the first thing is the fact that although they are selling it as a beachfront hotel the beach is not really is use and you cant really enjoy it. The all place feels like it need to be renovated to become great again and probably it was 15 years ago. The pool is nice but again can get better of half of the pool beds will not be broken. The room was big but the ac was very loud and we had to ask for a few basic stuff when we arrived, like fixing the tap in the bathroom and getting towels and blankets enough for 4 people. The food in the restaurant is not great so we aye outside mostly.
4.8
It is a very peaceful place.
The hotel front desk responsible was very kind and helpful.
The restaurant prices are not as high as we expected for such a beautiful location.
4.4
Big room. Ceiling is high. Pool is great.
Not a big deal. We requested to transfer to other room for mountain view. Unfortunately not granted. Reason given hotel is full. Huh?
3.8
Good view ,good location,
The facilities in toilet has broken and the room not cleaned , The staff not have hospitality service. Breakfast has a few menu and the equipment low quality because of 4 star hotel must be not used plastic plate.
3.8
- Perfect arrangement of transfer from and to the airport.
- Allowed an early check-in
- Best breakfast coffee of all the hotels of our trip
- The convenience of the free shuttle to the Ao Nang
- The reasonable prices of restaurant and swimming pool bar (try their mango shake!)
- The views from the swimming pool near the restaurant.
- The cleanliness of the room
The hotel is modern and clean with great potential. For families with children loving swimming pools it is great but other guests would appreciate some activities.
The little beach is not good for staying at, but it would provide an excellent point of departure for kayak. We were told that they considered too risky, but I think that offering that activity with insurance at additional cost with be appreciated.
- It was clear from the comments of previous guests that the hotel is relatively isolated. We nevertheless decided to take it because of the "Free bike rental for booking users" shown when reserving, the free transport to Ao Nang Beach and the availability of a fitness room. When we arrived there was no such a free bike rental and the fitness room was "on works, may be tomorrow" all that said with a bad English and a smile leaving you with the feeling they are laughing at you. Furthermore, the safe and the phone of the room were not working, the TV quality was bad and the channel offer very limited. Given the relative isolation of the hotel, on-site amenities are to be considered. Having booked for several days, we even contacted booking.com in order to cancel our reservation if the fitness room would not become available the day after. It was available and we decided to stay.
- The very limited level of English of most of the staff. It's day and night when you are able to talk with a staff member with good level of English (thank you "Tome"!) what made our live much, much nicer and allowed us to really enjoy our stay.
- They should make an effort to clean the tables from the common spaces more often (dishes and glasses from dinner not collected at noon yet).
- The view from the room (expected from previous comments).
