We had a fantastic time

It’s a great location, very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful belle epoque buildings. We are a couple with two teenagers, so we need 2 single beds and that’s not easy to find. This flat had a small single bedroom with bunk beds, which was great, and we slept in the double bed in the main room. The design was well thought through, which is not the case in a lot of places e have stayed in! The staff wee really helpful. We were leaving in the sleeper train, so left our bags in the main hotel and were able to come back and use the garden, toilet etc before heading off on our travels.

It is small, so quite cramped for 4 large people, especially as we were living out of suitcases. The kitchenette is also very limited- a double induction hob which is so small you can’t fit two large pans on it. Great for simple meals/snacks though.

Buena ubicación, pero necesita mejorar las instalaciones

La ubicación. Está muy cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo, rodeado de edificios preciosos y muy tranquila.

Había varias cosas que arreglar en el apartamento, la puerta no cerraba muy bien, la cisterna estaba rota, las almohadas eran muy pequeñas y se caían porque no tenía cabecero. Un poco incomodo para 4 personas

Location of the property is great.

The room was very small, for a maximum of two people. It was very uncomfortable to sleep because the pillows were very thin.There was dust in the closets and the carpeting was not very clean.

we couldnt breath through the bedsheets on day one, however replaced them with the ones from spare bed and got way. staff wouldnt replace them when mentioned they werent clean enough.

Excellent Location, staff and service, kitchen was great, off road parking was really good

The bed sheets definitely needed to be cleaned and I asked for a replacement, but they wouldn't do it for free, luckily we replaced the ones from spare bed and got away, but would recommend if they provided clean bed sheets in the first instance.

The apartment has everything what is needed for a comfortable short stay. The location is perfect because all important things in the city are in the walking distance.

Wireless was not so good and had periods whet it did not work which could be a problem if something important or business must be done.

Great location, near the sea. There was a smal kitchen, but there was evrything. I paid a refund but after check-out it was returnd me. I can recommend.

Wonderful experience and would love to recommend to everyone going to Nice

neat and organised at a very good location. the staff were very well accommodating. They allow luggage storage at the reception which helps.

The view from the windows is really perfect and gives a feel that you are indeed in Nice....the place is sooo nice and comfy. The kitchen is perfect for needs of travellers...the apt is very near the beach and the sunrise for us early risers!

the toilet smelled like cigarette smoke. They shouldnt be allowed to smoke there...
