Clean, quiet and good location.
No air conditioning. We had a pedant Al fan than was adequate, however had it been hotter it would have been uncomfortable sleeping.

Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking lot close by where we managed to get a spot. Early breakfast provided.
Lack of options for breakfast. Otherwise very good.

A super location, close to the things we wanted to see and do. It was easy to find, and an impressive old building. The room was new looking inside, the bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast served in an attractive room.

This was a nice hotel in the old city, about 15 minutes by taxi from the train station. There was a funicular we could have taken up the side of the mountain the old city sits atop, but we didn’t try that with the luggage. There were 2 steps to access the elevator to the room, but it was easy to access. The room was large and comfortable, even though there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was really nice, set up in their courtyard, from which you could see a clock tower, and where there was a fountain that had a tortoise living beside it.
It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the room: they had a heater, but if it also served as AC, I couldn’t figure it out. They did have a box fan that we used, and we slept with the window open until the street sweeper woke me up with its noise around 5:30 am, but once I closed the window it completely blocked the noise.

location was great, staff were very helpful
NO AIR CONDITIONING - in +30 degree heat every day this was significant. Even a fan would have helped

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Orvieto old town. The staff couldn't be any more friendly or helpful. Nice breakfast and convenient for all the sights and restaurants of Orvieto.
No complaints - will certainly be back when next in Orvieto.

Lovely large room with comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with a half size bath. Perfect for soaking my aching legs on the C2C! Great location in central Orvieto but nice and quiet. Small supermarket opposite and great little pizza al taglio. Friendly staff.
Uninspiring breakfast but did the job!

Extremely nice staff, welcoming and super efficient in guiding us into the labyrinth that is the center, especially on the day we arrived) and making sure the car was safe for us. Saved us a lot of trouble and/or walking.
The bathroom cruelly lacked air and ventilation. No WiFi in the room.
