phone connection wasn’t working well initially (twice). bit expensive

Great pool villa for a family weekend getaway. The pool was very enjoyable and the nearby beach is excellent. They give you your own buggy to navigate the sprawling estate, so getting around is not an issue. Food is alright, and the Calypso bar is great place for a nightcap. Staff is very courteous and eager to help, which is a big plus (their English language skills were also better than expected).
The wifi didn't work properly in the villa throughout our stay despite the staff's attempts to fix it. Some of the estate facilities are not up and running for some reason (perhaps still in the process of re-opening from the COVID days). Food is quite pricey.

not enough F&B

1) The resort has some good restaurants and a decent food selection.
2) overall staff is helpful and attentive
3) villas are clean and well maintained
1) the auto car has to be self driven if you have a villa. this is dangerous and you are risking any accident as it’s a small battery operated car you are driving between villa and different resort facilities. specially challenging if you have young kids. this is probably becuase they are understaffed post covid, but still a challenge for visitors.
2) some facilities are not open. like the bowling alley.
3) while cleanliness overall is good, the towels in the villas are not sparkling white. they look like old towels in multcolors. this is a put off if you are paying so much for a luxury villa.
4) internet is super slow and does not work half the time. we called the technician multiple times and they did come, but internet sucks.

I am totally impressed by the all the service staff. Everyone is so professional and friendly. It is a trip after the pandemic to give my family and opportunity to take a break and the hospitality we had received really made us feel safe and welcome!

The villa was fabulous - huge with a fantastic pool and a great view.
It was a bit far to the restaurants though a buggy was provided. The buggy had a charging problem. Not all activities were open when we visited.

It was great to go back after 2 and a half long years of disruption due to Covid-19 restriction. We were so happy and glad to see familiar faces if the Staff, too!!! The hospitality and the villa were superb as always!!
Probably still due to Covid-19 restriction aftermath, many facilities such as the bowling alleys, zip lines etc were not opened yet. I am sure, however, they will reopen soon as other activities seemed to be opened.

Really spacious Villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is artistically designed. had a big enough kitchenette to meet our needs with kids and vegetarian parent
it is a bit old, hence the tap and bath tub outside were mostly useless.
the restaurant was the only option to eat as rest of the Nirwana was closed. food including breakfast were average

Great service, do anyth for you. Tasty selection of local cuisine and waflles, french toast, fruit etc. Non pork eaters, so loved non pork alternatives, and veal bacon. Gorgeous villa we stayed in, fridge freshly stocked with drinks and water each day. Pleasantly surprised by number of bathrooms, gorgeous pool, outside shower and bath- all ensuite bathrooms.Shuttle to local shopping centre, sadly was lovely but so deserted...loved golf buggy that came with villa to get around. Beach beautiful, fine white sand, clear sea, warm. Small private beach opposite, lovely. Lots extra water activities and land activities, to pay for (discount with gold card) but not so unreasonable. Zip wire, paddle boarding, snorkelling trips.
Little dated, could have been more decorated, but everything you could possible need! Food and drink a bit pricey, but good. Gold card gave 20% off, good :) breakfast could have had better juices, but just being fussy- staff were v friendly and attentive, v good service. Website could be better, map of grounds, understanding of activities and layout of accommodation: having said that, email responses are v qk and efficient if you have questions.
