Gute Lage an der Elbe; angenehmer Komfort und sauberes Umfeld, aber kein "Wohlfühlservice".

Die Lage des Hotels war zwar zentrumfern, aber dafür direkt an der Elbe.

Der Empfang war ziemlich unpersönlich; wir hatten den Eindruck, dass der Empfangsdame (auf die wir ohnehin an der Rezeption lange gewartet haben), jedes Wort zuviel war!!!

Super für Kurzurlauber, Wanderer und Radfahrer!

Es war sauber, modern und wie beschrieben. Schöne Fahrradgarage! Wunderbares Restaurant im Haus. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet! Der Wellness Bereich war auch sehr gut.

Wir hatten etwas Pech, da gerade im Haus neue Kabel verlegt wurden. Das Zimmer war zur Straße und damit extrem laut (Hundegeball, Autos, Kokslieferung…) Wellnessbereich war nicht billig und man hatte nur ein Zeitfenster von 90 min.

Udany pobyt, hotel godny polecenia

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, pokoje czyste, śniadania bardzo smaczne. Miłym zaskoczeniem była lodówka w pokoju. W korytarzu jest coś w rodzaju niewielkiej kuchni do wspólnego użytku, gdzie do dyspozycji gości jest czajnik i kubki. Świetna obsługa w restauracji hotelowej.

Pani w recepcji nie wydawała się zadowolona ze swojej pracy, powinna popracować nad uśmiechem. Najsłabszy punkt hotelu.

Horrible traumatic experience

The receptionist was very nice, professional and helpful.

There were BED BUGS in our room!!!! We didn’t sleep for 2 nights! They were everywhere! Coming out from the beds, on the walls, it was horrible! 🤢🤮 Im still in shock and horrified The bed sheets were very old and in horrible poor condition. In addition it was very very hot!! There was a vantilator, but it didn’t help much.

Good aqua-park nearby, recommend for families. Good food in the restaurant.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. Super comfortable large bed. Tasty and fresh breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful and waited me for late check in, as the DB had some unfortunate delays.

Good stopover on our way to Tabor.

The breakfast was good, the room had an extra fan to get some cooling. The shower was exceptionally good. Free parking around the corner.

The hotel had a separate entrance. When you arrive from the free parking you don’t notice this, so you make a mistake and go inside through the restaurant, which is a little bit uncomfortable :-)

Nice location next to river and you can walk to city center to explore.

The breakfast menu is basic and is value for money.

Reception is open for a limited time so if you have to leave early morning you have to take care of everything in advance. Maybe this is due to the off-season and Covid.

Good place on the edge of historical Dečin. Good restaurant, Storage for bikes, Very good breakfast.

Staff speaks very limited English. Especially at the restaurant.

Unprofessional treatment

I had an extremely unpleasant problem with the staff. I made the reservation for the hotel whose checkout should be until 14:00 as stated on booking.com. On the day of checkout the receptionist went to my room and without even saying a good morning asked what time I would leave the room because I was late. I tried to tell her that the app said 14:00 but she interrupted me and said that the app was 09:00. I then showed her the app, she said it was wrong but I would have to leave anyway. An extremely rude and unprofessional treatment. I left the hotel five minutes later, much earlier than planned.

Room was clean, staff was nice and helpful. The on site restaurant served good and affordable meals.

Very uncomfortable location of the reception You have to go up and down dome stairs from the rooms to the reception. With big luggage is not very nice. Breakfast had a very limited selection, they were out of eggs and yogurt around 9, while it should be available till 10. The shower was leaking and there was always a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower. Didn't really feel it was a 3 star hotel.
