Overal the hotel has a good facility but they should put some more attention on the maintenance.

Spacious space and has bathtub

We didn’t get any towels and floor mat when arriving and the shower drainage was also clogged.

The rooms need to be renovated ASAP We visit Indonesia every year, and we stay at Atria Residence!

good location, spacious room

we booked a non-smoking room however we were given a smoking room because they ran out of non-smoking room. we asked to change as we noticed that there were other guests who booked for smoking room but got a non-smoking room. the hotel staff however seemed overwhelmed and just said it's not possible to switch.

Perfect Stay in Jakarta close to the airport.

In this hotel anything was perfect. The rooms are modern, quiet and clean. The buffet brakfast is execellent. The pool area is great. Next to the reception is a convenience store. An outgoing zone with malls and life music is within a walking distance.

Before covid, I always stay there, I guess now their quality & service are not as good as before.

*. Best location as near to the Summarecon Mall Serpong. *. All staff are polite.

*. Concierge is not helpful. I purchased my stuff online. On the delivery date, I was outside, then I called them up to check whether my package has arrived, they didn't help me much. They only said, they will deliver it to my room if they receive it. Later that day, I didn't see my package in my room after I came back to Atria. *. On the next day, they also didn't inform me whether they have received my package (which they have already received it, based on the evidence from the seller with photo and delivery date). I only got my package, after I approached concierge directly after 2 days from the delivery date. So, they had kept my package for 2 days, without informing me. Very sad. *. Shower box is leaking, have informed them, their house keeping only provided me an extra towel mat. *. 1 of the day during my stay, there was a cockroach in my room. I informed them about this. Wondering where it came from. I was really scared if it comes again when I sleep. *. Almost every morning, around 3am - 4am, there always be noise on the bedroom ceiling of mice running around. I always awaken because of this noise. I stayed for 12 days. My room was at 3rd floor.

The staff is professional and friendly, always ready to help with everything you need. Rooms are spacious with nice views. When in Tangerang it's best place for the price.
