Perfect location and super friendly hosts.

Location was ok.
A lot of kitchen additions were missing. There was no frying pan or cutting board. Bench on the balkony was falling apart. There was no light switch for the balkony light so we were depending on someone else. Bath tub was leaking water.

Excellent location, only a short walk to the quayside and the centre of town. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Despite everything in the apartment being a bit old, it had everything needed - more so than other places we have stayed at on this holiday.
The mosquitoes. If you had the front door open for cross-ventilation, the mosquitoes would get in as there was no door screen. And there was no insect spray to deal with them. The air conditioner. It blew air but it was not cool. We sweltered at night.

Location is great and hosts are very nice and accommodating

The apartment is close to the centre of the town. The host was very friendly, he offered us programs for kids, a nearby beach in Stari Grad (which, unfortunately, we had no time to visit). The apartment was big enough for 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids) with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room (extra point for the microvawe oven, it is not common in Croatia :-)). The town was beautiful, we enjoyed our short stay in Stari Grad.
It turned out to be not a big issue, but first we were uneasy about the air-conditioner, as it is quite slow and due to the apartment's layout it is not effective to cool down the two bedrooms. Luckily, our first night was not so hot, we managed to sleep. Then we kept the air-conditioner on all day and night for our entire stay to keep the apartment cool for the nights as it would not have been enough to turn it on only in the evening when we arrived in the apartment.

The house is located very close to the sea.

Location: very close to all the Old Town/marina and the beach. Also to the bus stop
Possibility of leaving our baggage for a few hours at the owners apt.
Apt quite new and clean.
Location of the apt in the building: basement behind the stairs up to the street.
Substandard height, very little and only window (sth like 50/50cm).
AC so loud that it is not to be used while you are inside.
Distance to the market is 750m, not as in the description 30m.

The room was a half a floor lower than the street and had absolutely no natural light. There is a place outdoors where you can sit, but it is really not very welcoming.
We just needed a place for the night and as such it is ok. But I would not spend a vacation there.
dark room. Host not very communicative. Very early check out. Outdoor area is not really usable.

The location and the apartment was roomy. Nice shower!
A little dark inside but if it’s very hot outside that is a blessing to be counted!

Big apartment, nice terrace, close to city centre.

Lovely host that was helping with any issue. We had great parking place in the shadow, in front of our apartment. Studio was big with good design and big bed. Kitchen was furnished with oven, fridge, sink and all necessary equipment to cook. Bathroom was clean and nice.
There was mould on the wall nearby kitchen and the smell from the kitchen cabinet was not nice but overall not impacting the rest of the studio.

The owners were very kind and welcoming. Peter and Zana were ready to help us at any moment. They gave us useful information about the island. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette. Direct access to the terrace.
