Stille an der Drosselgasse im Felsenkeller

Der Empfang, das gesamte Personal war extrem freundlich und zugewandt. Überraschenderweise war es ganz still im Zimmer, obwohl die Drosselgasse und der Zugang zur Seilbahn keine 20 Meter entfernt liegen.

Im Zimmer war es sehr heiß. Vorher lüften hätte sehr geholfen.

Gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde komplett eingegangen. Sehr leckeres und schön angerichtetes Essen im Restaurant. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet

Die Matratzen der Betten sind zu weich. Das ist aber mein empfinden und jeder Gast bevorzugt „seine individuelle“ Matratzenhärte.

Jahresausflug der Romméfrauen

Uns hat die Lage, das Buffet und das Personal sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren zwar alt aber absolut sauber und groß. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in Rüdesheim aber trotzdem ruhig. Unsere Zimmer lagen mit Blick auf die Weinreben was besonders schön war. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Lounge in der man am Abend noch Getränke in Selbstbedienung genießen kann.

Absolut empfehlenswert- wenn noch mal Rüdesheim, dann unbedingt in diesem Hotel!!!

Sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Garagenplatz für unsere E-Bikes inkl. Lademöglichkeit direkt am Hotel, LAGE (direkt an der Seilbahn und Max. 100 m zur Drosselgasse, super-tolles Frühstück, dass keine Wünsche offen ließ, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel! Einfach toll und empfehlenswert!!!

wine cellar. we went during the open hours. the worker did not greet us or ask if he could help us. did not seem like a German wine place due to the other language other than German being display. was very disappointed and walked out. this could be a real neat place if properly ran.

Charming hotel in a great location

Location was great Stuff super nice and the breakfast was delicious Lots of beautiful decorations details in the entire building Room was very clean.

The pillows were disappearing when you lie your head on them. Way too soft to be able to have a good night rest. There was only one liquid soap in the bathtoom that we kept on moving between shower and sink. The bottle said: hand and hair but I would not recommend for hair.

Great stay with atmosphere.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of town, only 10 minutes walk from the train station, directly next to the cable car and 2 minutes walk from the Drosselgasse. The reception was very friendly and check in went smooth. The room was large and comfortable, with a good bathroom attached. Breakfast was relatively basic, but good, and they were willing to think along for other possibilities if you had to leave too early (luckily I could still stay for breakfast). The hotel looks great from the outside, fits right into the old town.

There is an elevator to the rooms, you just needed to climb one flight of stairs to get there.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. In general the hotel is a really nice combination of old on the outside and updated on the inside.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice and friendly staff! Great breakfast!

Breakfast was excellent and the staff wonderful. The location is great for in the city, but we had a hard time finding it due to one-way streets etc. The parking was impossible to find and we ended up at a public parking not far away.

Great Location & Staff

The staff were very helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was very good.

Parking is not easy as you have to park in a paid lot, about a block away. It’s a pedestrian area at the hotel, so not easy for luggage. Our room was very “tired” and the carpet worn & stained. Plus there was a hole under the carpet by the bed which one had to avoid!

Charm and value in the center of town.

Excellent service, perfect location (next to Seilbahn) and Drosselgasse, great breakfast, wonderful ambiance and charm, can purchase wine to go to take on hikes.. Owners work very hard and take great care and pride in hotel/restaurant. Will definitely go back. Much nicer and more value than the previous hotel we stayed at.

Driving narrow roads to arrive at destination. "yes, take the very narrow alley way that is as wide as the car". Depending on day of week, may hear late night noise from revelers, resolved by closing windows.
