It’s quite cost-effective
Wi-Fi cannot be used in certain rooms since the signal is extremely week. Feels like searching signal in the middle of an ocean.

We had a BIG room only for us, typical japanese tatami style, with shower and bathroom.
The little courtyard is beautiful and cozy, you can eat/drink/rest outside as there are some little tables. The parking is very convenient. The location is perfect, not far from Enoshima beach or Kamakura but not in the middle of the crowd.
No microwave nor kitchen - cannot cook. However there's a boiler in the room, a fridge outside, and a combini 3 minutes on foot.

The house is too old and it stinks. The aircon is not for free you have to pay 100yen for 2hours. And it's a vending machine type, insert 100yen coin and it works for 2 hours. No coin no aircon.

Location 12 minutes walk from station.
Had to pay extra for air-con. ¥100 for 2 h. In summer you need it in Japan. Which makes the room more expensive and not worth the price!!!
We were a couple and we had a room with 4 bunk beds. We had to put the futon on the floor. There was only thin futon on tatami which were not confortable at all! In the morning we has back pain and still tired.
Provided towels did not look clean.
The staff makes noise in the morning to prepare the empty room.

Need to queue long time for bath even less than 1/3 guests staying in this hotel.
The kitchen is not clean.
You can chose this hotel if you don't mind hordes of mosquitoes and noise from the street. Surely, you can turn on the air-condition which need to be paid and close the windows and door.
