Perfect hosts and apartments in the best beach.

Perfect stand alone building with a large front lawn leading down to a safe sandy beach. Small number of rooms Gave a special feeling and Roxani was amazing helping us with everything we needed, from tips and information.ation to sorting a taxi for us. She is a star! Location is great with beach walks in each direction with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highlight for our family was renting a small boat self drive to go exploring caves, shipwreck and hidden beaches,even seeing a turtle 🐢. Loved it all. thanks Roxani

Superb

Location superb. Apartments had lawns front and back, the front was literally 30 metres or less from the sea. Gorgeous. Cleaners called daily and at convenient times so apartment was spotless. A special mention for Maria and Theresa who were so friendly and helpful.

Great location, nice vibe, quietness in the middle of busy Tsilivi

Great location on the beach and super close to loads of good restaurants, really nice family boutique vibe with none of the industrial feel of the big hotels. Big spacious garden. Despite being so close to busy places, it is very quiet. Ladies that were cleaning the room were somehow invisible, we truly never bumped into them while they were cleaning our room, as it happened in loads of other hotels. We had the apartment with the sea view on the first floor and wow, you do get a huuuge balcony all on the sea side. Really nice. One other nice touch is that you are told from the beginning that towels are changed every 3 days. For us this was very good, on the one hand you still have fresh towels, while on the other you avoid the waste of having them changed daily.

One small but annoying thing is that we were only given one soap bar and the typical small bottles of shower gel and shampoo on day 1, but these were never renewed after that, as you would expect pretty much daily. So we had to buy our own. Not even the soap bar was renewed. We were 4 people for 10 days, for reference. Another one is the dirty look of the shower. In the corners there was yukiness. I didn't care much about this, you can easily avoid it, but wife did. One thing that might annoy others, thought it did not bother us, is the fact that the kitchen appliances are quite dated. But they all worked fine, so no complaints.

Perfect for relaxation

I liked the location, the cleanness, the fact it is a small hotel in a quiet area. Stuff is discret and paying attention the the needs of the clients. We had a studio at 1st floor facing the sea. It is large and has shadow from the trees when sun comes on that part of the building. The garden it's a huge bonus! Sun beds, umbrella and beach towels are in the price of the accommodation. The hotel has it's own larking places. It is not that far from the airport. We paid 20euro per way to the taxi. It is quiet although many restaurants and other activities are around, but not interfering with the hotel "peace". The sea it's best for the kids: water not deep, only sand under water, water activities close by.

The kitchen could have better accesories, but this does not make me not to give a full 10 to this hotel.

Great week in paradise!

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. The lady went to the cleaning every day. The owner is very nice and helpful. Very good location - near the center of Tsilivi. Beautiful sandy coast. All you need is here!

Everything was absolutely amazing, beautiful front beach view. Maria is very kind and she let us stay in the room until we had the flight, we really appreciate this. Thank you for everything🙏❤️🌈 Absolutely we will recommend this place to stay and sure we will came back!

Amazing week in Tsilivi

Perfect location,right on the beach,free umbrellas. Nice and clean territory. Apartment nr.2 was simple but very clean,spacious shower,had a lovely sea view from our balcony. Special thanks to Roxanne(not sure I wrote her name correctly) who helped us everytime and everywhere. You made us feel relaxing and enjoy our holiday.

There were breathtaking views from our room. Roxy and Maria were amazing. They cared for our every need. It was like we were staying in the home of friends, the service was some of the best I have ever experienced.

Amazing stay. The property has its own very nice beach and the room has direct sea view. The hosts made the stay perfect. They helped us with everything we could need, including buying us ferry tickets from the other side of the island! Thank you!

Location very good. Just at the beach. Free umbrellas and sun beds just between seaside and the building. A lot of green surface, playground for children and nice garden that gives shadow. Inside very clean (cleaning everyday). Very helpful staff. Hotel is not offering any meals, but just next to there is very friendly beach bar (Freddie's), where you can eat all kind of meals. It was a pleasure to stay there.
