cleaning stuff, room (separate house no. 5), torn curtains, broken bathroom door, cleaners clean only if you demand the cleaning (sign), nevertheless they didn’t manage to clean the room till 1.30 pm, additionally we had to pay for the electricity (???) - saw later on the invoice

Perfect for a ski holiday.

Excellent location, close to the ski-lift. Very kind staff, surprisingly good food in their restaurant. Small but clean wellness area.

The reception is regularly overrun by guests, we often had to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone.

OK for Redbull ring events

View. Good place when coming for Redbull Ring (one hour way). Good brakfast.

Disco not far away from one of the hotel buildings. You could hear people staying in neighboring rooms (smoking on balcony). Good place mainly for young people or those who don't have problem with sleeping. Probably great for skiing.

The waitress did not speak English and was a bit rude. Breakfast ended at 9:30 AM and we were rushed to finish. Checkout is at 10 AM, not really much time to enjoy the spa.

Beatiful area, welcoming people. The woman in the tourist info was amazing. It was easy to find our way around in Steierberg.

A bit pricey. We could hear the conversation between the couple in the room next door.

Nice and cozy hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and kind. Free wifi and parking. Very good breakfast.

location is super, every staff member was very kind and the food was great, also one of the dining rooms was very beautifully decorated

Could hear everything from the next room, the walls were very thin. The room was not totally clean, floor was dirty, also the dishes in the restaurant although washed were not clean, all of them had small leftover food pieces, the dishwasher should be changed. The matress on the bed was not good quality. The overall impression of the room is that it is somewhat worn down, with old plastic equipment.

Take a look around before booking, there are cheaper options in 5-10 minutes distance, with better quality.

The restaurant was ok, the stuff is kind and polite.

There are doors between the aparments inside the room. you can literally hear what the other watches in tv… The furnitures are from the mid 90’s. The SPA is ok, but definitely not in line with the prices. Usually I can quiet well estimate the reality comparing to the photos, this time I’ve failed. Really not good value for price.
