Hotel location was easy access to everything and to remember where you were. Close to the central park and Cerro de la cross ( the highlight of the trip)
The staff were great. Especially the night staff, very friendly and welcoming. Also, they were very knowledgeable about the area and gave recommendations so one could experience the best time.

The infrastructure of the hotel it's new. The bathrooms are great, the bedrooms are excellent too.
They have a water and coffee station available 24/7. They don't provide breakfast but they give you discounts for the nearest restaurants.

Nice rooftop and safe place. Nice gardens and decoration. The bathroom was top!
The bedroom without windows with day light. Our window given on the corridor.
we need to pay everything right now even for a bottle of water

rooms were not very creatively decorated. rather sterile.

Good location.
Loud - We stayed only for one night before leaving for a big hike the day after. The hotel is pet friendly, which is awesome, but there was a dog that would not stop barking in the room next to ours. The staff told us they could not do anything to help us, due to the pet-friendly hotel policy. When the dog would stop barking, we would ear the tv of the room next to us.
Small and dark - The room was really small and not bright, because if you were to open the curtain, anyone could see inside the room.
I think there are other hotel with better quality.

There was no breakfast or food available. Had to go to another hotel for that.
No food, no facilities, room walls were paper thin so very noisy and difficult to get any sleep

A lil noisy during the day due to updates being made to the property but it is understandable and they were finished by the evening.
