If you have a limited budget and are staying up to few days- it’s okay. But definitely not comfortable for a longer stay

The host was very pleasant, communication in English was good. everything seemed clean.

Walls were too thin and we could hear everything from two flats bellow us. Whenever someone used the bathroom, we heard everything. Our bedroom window was looking to the windows of other rooms, and it was just next to the window of shared bathroom. There was no fresh or clean air and we could smell the stink of canalization all the time, so we kept the window closed. We got only big towels, without small ones for hands or a hand soap (only shower gel). It’s important to mention that there was no fridge (small in the room or at least shared), and WI-FI didn’t worked even when we moved next to it in the hallway. The double bed is not really enough for two and was so uncomfortable we could feel the mattress spring.

Good location. Room was tidy but felt old, could use some upgrade. Nice and friendly staff. Overall the room was very basic. I was staying for only 1 night (in reality less than 12 hours). For the low price, I can't complain - you basically get what you paid for.

Really bad wifi, eventually had to use my phone hotspot. No lift in the building and I was on a high floor. Room windows open into the internal patio where the toilet pipes run through, each toilet flush is a disturbance. Only 1 tiny sachet of shower gel, no shampoo.

The staff was so gentle, descrete but helpful, i would give 10 just for the amaizong support on arranging things and been helpfull, the positioning is pretty good, lots of bars and restaurants even though is bot in the main center is really close

The room is very basic so is the bathroom

Perfect location in the city for budget travellers.

I liked the location the most. It was in the centre, walking distance from the bus stop, shops and other attractions in the city. The owner/ receptionist was also super friendly and the communication was easy. We arrived early and he was able to let us in before the actual check-in time without any complication.

I would have loved to have two towels instead of just one. A bigger and a smaller. The smaller one for the hair could have come in handy. It would have also been lovely to have two glasses instead of just one when two guests booked the room, and a kettle to warm up water for a morning tea/coffee.

Some people talking at reception could be heard from the room. Sometimes very late at night

The owner was really kind, it was cozy but spaciuos and confy room. The cleaning every day.

Very good

Very nice and helpful receptionist. Room is basic but it includes all you need to enjoy your holiday especially if you travel to Santa Cruiz to see the city and Anaga mountains rather than spend a day in a hostel. Great value for money :)

Fabulous

Staff very kind. Place central and really clean, it’s not a chic one, but for a night or two is ok if you want to visit sant Cruz and don’t need to chill at the pension. Bathroom is at floor but for 4/5 rooms only. Watch out, there’s no lift and the pension has 3 floors.
