Чудово і зручно!

Все. Дуже зручне заселення та виселення, затишно, тизий район, поруч супермаркет та зупинка прямого автобуса до Надражі Холешовице. Чудова кухня з більше, ніж необхідним. Рушники міняли раз в 2 дні, в номері чай, кава, водичка, маленькі приємності до кави, постійно докладади мило та шампунь.

Немає такого. Хіба що не в центрі)))

Při této cenové hladině ubytování člověk očekává, že se jen vyspí a vysprchuje - a toto nešlo.

Lokalita, cena, elektronicky přístup do pokoje

Prakticky netekla voda. Velká potřeba šetřit na vodě a tak byla stažená na pokoji č.6 na minimum, prokticky se nedalo osprchovat.

It was way better than my expectations, thanks for nice stay.

Cup of tea was realy nice, so many components, I didn't expect that, that was great.

I don't mean it as a complaint, but I felt some smoke from cigartes on my floor but I can't specificate a right direction. That was unpleasant due to all the warnings for no smoking.

A little bit even better than expected

Cozy, very clean, good location 15 mins from metro and 5 minutes from Lidl. The bed is very comfortable! Common kitchen is really useful. Manager is flexible.

Equipment and room furnishing is a little bit beat up / old, no AC.

Exceptional

Very confortable and clean location. It has a shared kitchen (with everything that you need) and a small garden in the back. 10min away from the subway station and 5min away from a supermarket. It takes aprox 30min to reach the city center by subway. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to our requests. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable room with easy transport options

Room is very clean and equipped with anything you might need e.g hot water for tea, iron, shoe cleaning sponge and little sewing kit. Eventhough location seems a bit far from center it was easy to use transport within 10 min walk.

Nice quite Place in local living area.

Good klean kitchen with terracegarden outside. Quite area, save. No parking Problems. Easy to reach the Metro 10min. away.. Supermarkt 5 min away.

We had room No 6 and IT was really hot in the room.

The room has everything, including a hair dryer and iron (as well as the table for ironing your clothes). I especially like the USB cable with multiple heads.

Well, you have to walk for about 15 minutes to the nearest train. This isn't so much of a minus but I do wish it could be shorter than that. Everything else is good though.

Superb

Close by Metro for about 6-8 min walk, very clean and well-maintained by the owner. Good value.

Room is small (king-size bed room), no rooms for a sofa or a desk in the room, although is ok for a lone traveler. Parking now has a small additional cost (about 10%), although quite reasonable. Parking has nothing to do with the property, it is a city Prague ordinance change a few months ago.

Exceptional room

The room we booked had a large bed, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a spacious private bathroom. The room also had tea making facilities, an iron/ironing board and bath salts/shower gel. The location was slightly out of the city centre but was a 10 minute walk from the metro, which is extremely efficient and can take you anywhere in the city. We really enjoyed our stay and felt it was great value for money. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent value for money and clean place

Great location with ample of parking places nearby, clean rooms with lot of amenities, contactless check-in and access to the building. Common kitchen is there with a small lawn at backside of the building. Also there is a television in the room. The best part is the locality around the place - very serene, green and peaceful.

The stairs are bit scary and narrow.
