Fantastic, we would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Coral Bay

The villa was perfect: loads of space, great facilities, clean and comfortable. Supermarket is literally opposite so really convenient and it’s only a short walk (15 minutes) to the beach and (5 minutes) to the strip. Loads of towels and toiletries included by the hosts which was great with the pool and the laundry facilities and dishwasher were a big plus for big groups with children like ours.

Our only recommendation would be a vacuum left accessible. With meals feeding the kids and frequent trips to the beach the floor got gritty and messy easily and all we found was a broom outside by the pool to clean up.

Stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and friends and had a great time!

Plenty of space close to bars and restaurants not far from the beach and a supermarket right across the road. Villa itself had everything you need to have a great holiday 😎

We had a great holiday very relaxing with supermarket practically on your doorstep, restaurants and bars within easy wal

The whole villa was very spacious, kitchen had everything you needed, modern and up to date. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent and very quiet. Outside area was nice and secluded, swimming pool was large with steps so easy to get into. Large TV with WiFi so great variety of required especially for the younger ones.

There was nothing to dislike as far as we were concerned.

the villa is comfortable and close to facilities and the beach and Andreas who welcomed us was very helpful and ensured

the property is spacious and clean with all of the facilities you need for cooking indoors and outdoors plenty of parking the games Troon with pool and football went town a treat

5 star villa in good location

The villa was very big and had loads of space as there was a large group of us it was nice to have a big living area, pool was a great size aswell. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and Andreas came to meet us at the villa to make sure we had everything we needed. I've been going to Cyprus for the last 7 years would definitely recommend the villa especially for larger groups/family's.

Large property in the wrong location and with no forethought of what basic are needed at start.

Spacious - plenty of facilities.

No welcome/instructions pack for the property. No basics starters like washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs etc provided - had to buy everything on day one. Electric immersion heater for water did not work properly. Kept tripping the main electric fuse every 20min. Location very poor squeezed between a Homebase type store/warehouse (Forklifts from 07.30) and a nursery (kids from 08.00) - very noisy and poor privacy.

stunning villa, excellent host, all in all a great stay!

the villa was stunning , very large rooms all with bathrooms, lovely pool and games area. Andreas was extremely helpful and greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour . will definitely be visiting again

Really loved the place!

Very spacious and clean, comfortable beds, nice location. Loved the pool area.

The noise from kindergarten next door. Also there were no hairdryer, no soap, no dishwasher detergents, garbage bags etc.

The size of the property and the outside area (Pool etc)

The location of the property is in a 'commercial' area. Near busy supermarket and other businesses. A few large portable fans for the living are would be very nice as this are does not have any air-con!

Wow! Stunning villa in a great location!

The Villa was massive and beautiful! The owner is very helpful and accomodating.

The beds werent very comfortable and the pillows were hard (personal preference though)

Andreas our host met us at the property at 0100 am when we landed and had everything prepared perfectly for us. he was available for all our questions and needs. the villa has all the equipment needed for a great vacation including full kitchen appliances and washing machine. great for families or groups of friends

loved everything. water pressure was slow at first but as soon as we called our host it was fixed on the spot !

Cyprus was lovely as usual. Wouldn’t stay at that Villa again.

The Villa was nice and spacious, I wish we had known that it was next door to a supermarket deliver depot, it was very noisy from 6.30 am, there was also a nursery with screaming children as well, so unfortunately that was the down part, the pool was also freezing cold.

Superb

Loved it we didn’t want to leave. The villa was excellent it was in a nice secluded location and very private . Welcome pack on arrival, Very clean, amazing swimming pool and games room. Beds comfortable. There was an abundance of crockery and cutlery. Andreas was an excellent host, he was so helpful. He let us check out late for no extra charge has we had a late flight.Supermarket, shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk to the villa. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back next year.

Lovely villa

Very large and secluded from other villas. Well cleaned and host that was able to assist upon any problem but didn’t get involved otherwise.
