Was so happy I found this gem in Vernazza!! I believe they also offer other properties so for guest care and hospitality

So conveniently close to the train station while being just far enough away to not deal with noise or crowds generated by the station. So not only convenient for arrival and departure but for riding the train to get to the other towns of Cinque Terre. Very cute. Obviously recently updated and very clean. Staff were on point, efficient and lovely. Communication before stay was excellent. All requests such as an extra pillow were accommodated with no hassle. Loved that the room not only had a fridge and kettle, cups and wine glasses but even had a corkscrew! There was even a laundry rack which I made good use of. The water pressure was excellent and the shower hot. (We had our own en suite bathroom). The room was comfortable and big. It had AC but we didn’t need it as the weather was cool. Bank machine and laundromat right across the road. We had said we didn’t want anyone in the room and so the next morning there was a bag hanging on our door with clean towels etc. The staff is wonderfully responsive! Wonderful stay overall!!

Not really something I “didn’t like”, more just a guest suggestion - I had a few issues locking the front door whenever I left the building so maybe a little demo with the guest doing it to show them how.

Superb

We liked everything about our stay here. The location near the train station was a plus, and it was away from the crowded downtown and harbor area. We didn't even mind that the bathroom was across the hall and not in our room. It was large and private. The staff was helpful from the start, greeting us on arrival even though we did not specify the exact time.

Memorable night in Vernazza, do not leave cinque terre without staying here

The location was perfect at the back of the village where it was quiet. There had been a problem with another persons booking which meant the room we booked became unavailable. They accommodated an upgraded room for us and we were very happy with their management of the situation as we had looked forward to our night here and had a restaurant reserved. We had breakfast at the cafe opposite and could not speak more highly of the fresh ingredients and friendly service.

Couldn’t get internet but who cares, we had a wonderful room, excellent meal at a restaurant and a relaxing jacuzzi!

Exceptional

The accomodation was very nice and very clean. We had bathroom across the hall, but it was ok, becouse the bathroom is very next door. The helper Barbara is very kind and told us everything we needed. And the location of this acomodation is very good with great cafe and breakfast across the streed. Thank you, I really apreciate it.

The owner of the rooms is very kind. The room is enough wide, even we cannot say that is very wide. It has got hairdryer, fridge, 2 half liter welcome water, welcome slippers, tea with heater, useful furniture, some ropes to put wet dresses outside the window. It could seem romantic because it has got a bridge over a river because the building is along it. It is very close to the centre of Vernazza

It has not got balcony and a TV.

Tranquility only steps away from the center.

Ideal location, just a few steps up from the train station. Beautiful room with balcony facing the river with only the frogs to disturb the peace.

Exceptional

Loved this location! Quiet and away from the main area. Close to the train. We loved the chairs out front to sit and listen to the babbling brook running through the front of the property. Very relaxing stay!

simple and comfortable stay

It was near to the train station and everywhere was accessible. There is a laundromat right in front of the property and a nice cafe. next to stream which was calming. quiet and comfortable. despite only having a fan and no aircon, it was comfortable enough though was summer but did not feel hot. bed was comfortable as well.

1) had to carry the luggage up the stairs 2) toilet is separate and needs a key which was troublesome

The noise of the water running outside and the view of the Mountain.

The GPS location is wrong which made an small issue to find the property.

Great location, only a short walk in to the main town and away from the crowds. Friendly service, just wish we had had more time there to enjoy the balcony!

Ideal location

We really appreciate being able to drop off our bags early as that was a big help. The location was great, just minutes from the train station. We had chosen a room with an external bathroom that was for our own exclusive use and that worked out fine. There was a kettle and small fridge in the room which were both handy.

The room was quite small so there was no area to work on the computer except sitting on the bed.

Relaxing, very peaceful , quite and magical.

As an Australian 🇭🇲 living in Italy 🇮🇹 I loved the convenience of this location especially ( no stairs to climb ) when you arrive at the train station there's a lift with those of you with luggage , once the door opens downstairs walk straight ahead towards Camere Fontanavecchia . Annamarie is very kind and has a huge heart 💖 as I was there celebrating my birthday... when I returned to my room there was a beautiful gift waiting for me. All of her wonderful team and so lovely and friendly too . This setting is magical.

Outstanding welcome and location

Quiet but central location. Very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Annamaria went out of her way to help us find somewhere to leave our bags on the last day. Spacious bedroom with nice balcony and good facilities

The bathroom occasionally smelled like the drains were blocked. The beds were not very comfortable

Friendly staff. Good location next to the river - which has a lovely sound. Easy walk to everything. We were able to do our laundry across the street, and had a couple of great cafes nearby.

Wished there had been air conditioning. Street got a bit loud at times, but we had to have windows open for air flow.

Close to the train station and a short walk to town. Clean, spatious room and polite staff.

No view even though pictures make it seem like there is one. Thin walls could hear noise from other rooms. Fridge not working. Not great value for money.
