Absolutely everything
The cottage was beautiful and well equipped

Comfy beds, perfectly clean, easy access but felt secure, good facilities. Remote but quick drive to Cheddar and Glastonbury. Very happy. Didn't speak to hosts, no need.

Very peaceful in cottage. clean and tidy.
As we arrived after dark, directions from village road were not clear and no sign leading into farm which lead to cottage. Upstairs bathroom not ideal for adult because of slanted ceiling when you stand at sink.

Soft bed and towels. Has great heating. Everything we needed especially in the kitchen, and free tea, coffee, sugar too! Everything was clean and cleaning supplies were also given The WiFi is actually better than what I have at home great and fast connection everywhere. I even had better phone signal somehow! It is so quiet and you can hear all the nature around.
Location is far away so you need a car to visit places or shopping. DVD player is a bit wonky, the connection to the TV is fuzzy and both remotes for the dvd player and fire place had dead batteries but you are able to manually use them.

The view
The owners cutting their lawn for hours right in front of us on a Sunday (we were only there for 3 full days!! And one of them they decided to make all that noise!!)
The owners dog howling and barking
No tea towel or oven glove in sight (would have helped in the kitchen right?)
The plumbing was questionable-flush the toilet and water came up in our en-suite bath tub!
I could go on…oh and our allocated grass area was so long our children couldn’t play on it!

The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. It was clean and everything worked. Overall good value. Firepit was a nice touch.
The location point on booking.com is not where the cottage is. The address is only given after booking and it was non refundable. Unfortunately we thought we could walk to a pub for dinner based on the point shown on the map and had booked a table but it was much further away that the map point and had to cancel the table. It did save us some money though! For such a well equipped house overall (there was toilet roll, firewood, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, coffee....) it would have been nice to have a tea towel, sponge and bin bag provided.

The location is fantastic
Slightly odd that it’s in the owner’s garden but they didn’t say hello

The cottage was very nice and comfy , we enjoyed our stay. Very close to cheddar. The upstairs bedroom seems to be for children with 2 children's beds in .but they were comfy.
The patio windows need cleaning ,

There was nothing not to like!

The cottage was easy to find, an added touch of Christmas decorations. Impressed with the use of Bamboo TP (we are avid users of bamboo paper products ourselves). The cottage warmed up nicely & stayed warm as we experienced minus temperatures!). We had all we wanted, enjoyed using the cottage style crockery & thank you for the cider & jug of milk !
Perhaps a curtain infront of the front door to keep out icy draughts. For adults the top bathroom is a little awkward but no complaints really as it is only temporary - ☺

adorable cottage in a fantastic location, great interior , well equipped
only slight niggle was the wifi wasn’t great at times but that maybe due to the Rural location

The cottage was a tasteful barn conversion. The twin beds were really for smaller people and one of them is broken -slat missing, which has been mentioned in other reviews but not fixed. We weren’t greeted at all during our visit by the hosts and 1 toilet roll per bathroom for a 3 night stay gave the wrong impression when paying what I considered a lot for what it was! Also .I dropped something down the side of the washing machine and when went to retrieve it , it was really dirty! Place needs a deeper clean !
Cleanliness, more toilet rolls, mend the bed,

peacefull location,own private entrance
property could do with a deep clean as there was a lot of dust and cobwebs especially behind the upstairs bedroom furniture also one of the single beds broke and the frying pan needs replacing

Great location , Very peaceful, lovely homely cottage , flowers, cider , milk , tea , coffee , sugar all there when we arrived , very thoughtful .
Lovely size . Clean and comfy . And a happy son as a little dog ran to great us .underfloor heating was fab 👌
I couldn't get good enough WiFi to read the handbook o line and couldn't get the qr code to work , so maybe a paper one would be helpful esp for the fire in the living room.

Well equipped and comfortable
A little cold as the heating was by stand alone heaters. Although once on got warmer

Location was excellent for the tourist visits we wanted to do. It was particularly peaceful, in a lovely area and very easy to find from directions. The property was very nicely laid out with a bathroom for each bedroom and there was always plenty of hot water. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with really beautiful Cath Kidston crockery. It has a good sized secure area for the dog.
It was a little chilly in the living room on the first evening, although the rest of the property was warm.
