bon séjour quand même dans l'ensemble

bonjour , nous avons fortement apprécier qu'il n'y avait aucun bruit , le petit déjeuner était top , il y avait vraiment du choix dans tout .

d'être bloquer au soir a l'entrée pendant plus de 15 minutes a devoir attendre qu'une personne vienne nous ouvrir et aussi les rideaux de douche très sale dans le bas .

Clean basic room - perfect for a quick stop over

very clean. nice guy on reception. perfect as a crash pad for one night whilst driving down to Spain from the UK.

We were happy with the hotel in general. it was good value and pleasant and the staff were nice.

A very nice simple hotel. good value and comfortable. very nice staff.

The disabled facilities are not standard. The toilet needs bars each side, and the shower needs a fold down chair. we bring our own travel equipment, otherwise my husband couldn’t manage this hotel. Also people abuse the disabled parking.

Check-in was quick, and the hotel granted my request for a ground floor room.

Finding the Hotel with GPS navigation was not easy. The coffee vending machine is not very user friendly.

The stay at the hotel was fair! Nothing you’d expect more or less from a budget hotel.

The rooms were decently sized and the staff were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was decent, I would however like to see a few more options like an omelet or more bread options but for it’s price it was definitely a good breakfast.

The location was a minus. Quite far from the centre of Avignon.

It's my fault that I didnt realize I am booking a 2 star hotel so I guess I shouldnt complain about the facilities... We have stayed at Ibis Hotels before and it has always been the same and very good value for money so I wasnt really reading reviews. No lift and we got a room on the 2nd floor so our large suitcase stayed in the car and we only brought the neccesities with us. Room was outdated, it was definitely a smoking room before,we could smell it, air con was at least working but noisy. Breakfast was ok but no meat, eggs or vegetables whatsoever. For one night, for this price I guess was ok
