Location was easy to find, and the family room offered everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Beds were comfortable, room was warm and clean. We had a very pleasant night. Motel was close to main street pub etc for meals.
Internet was extremely slow, and lots of workmen staying with lots of work trucks. Many parked away from rooms, but some trucks took up a lot of parking space.

location
The room was a no smoking room but the linen and pillows smelt like smoke

Nice little cafe on site that just opened. Very handy for coffee and breakfast

Didn’t know there was breakfast available
Staff to actually greet you not ring and get a code to get a key

location close to town. easy access to pathways. beautiful landscape.
Bathroom, very wet floor around toilet and shower. large bed was great but made for very cramped access on one side. cactus type plant next to car park caused painful ‘stabs’ when accessing car. you should remove it. front handle was tricky. often difficult to open.

easy to find
I am sure the bed is due for an upgrade, very uncomfortable.
the room itself appeared to be very clean but also small and cramped.

Location was good to town and no traffic noise
Whilst the room was clean the bed could have been more comfortable.
Was no room between bed and the wall for access (bed was squished u against bedside)
If i wasn't sober i would have thought i was drunk with the toilet being on an angle to allow access to the shower

Cleanliness
Oversized glass top coffee table .. took up too much space in a small room and was a knee banger. Sideways stepping to get into bed as the space was too small because of the fixed shelves beside the bed. The ourside light shining through edges of poorly fitted door and obsolete breakfast tray door, and above the curtains which require attention as some hooks were missing. Vanity tap moved when turning the tap on - had to hold it with one hand then turn the tap on.

As basic as it gets. Tiny tv which didn’t work properly. Sofa looked like it had been attacked by a cat!

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was newly renovated with new tiles.
I also had to leave a phone message regarding collecting keys and my call was returned promptly and Michelle was friendly and helpful.
The room had a toaster and microwave but didn’t have any plates or cutlery.

1 bar of WiFi in my room, practically didn't work. One downlight out of 5 was functional in my room, sunlight was the only way I could light my room to do paperwork and was far too dark after the sun went down. Horrible smell throughout the room and bathroom, zero room service. Bed not good. Was not a cheap motel for the facilities.

Location OK.
Smoke alarm missing from bracket, room smelled of smoke, one side of the electric blanket did not work, shower taps dripped all night and could not be turned off, resident next door noisy all night. We had paid for two nights and checked after one night.

Great location and fabulous staff who went that extra step to make my son feel welcomed. Everything you need for a motel stay, with the bonus of a lovely comfortable bed.
